The Space:
Spanning two floors, these delightful duplexes feature two bedrooms each, accommodating up to eight guests in total. With identical layouts, each unit boasts a spacious master bedroom with stunning lake views and a luxurious king-sized bed. The second bedroom in each townhouse includes two cozy single beds, making it perfect for families or groups.
Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, alongside modern amenities including a TV, WiFi, washing machine, and dryer.
Step outside to the patios, where outdoor tables beckon for leisurely al fresco dining on sunny days. Enclosed by a secure fence, it's the perfect spot for families with little ones to play safely. Unit N.2 has a BBQ that you are welcome to use, but kindly note that it is offered 'as is' as it is not part of our cleaner's schedule.
Covered parking is available off the street, with ample additional space on the road.
The properties are located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners. Stroll to the corner to The Bay Bar & Brasserie for a delightful meal and drinks, or pop into the nearby dairy for convenient supplies.
For family fun, a charming 'pirate ship' playground awaits just up the road, while a short drive leads to the renowned L'Arte Cafe & Gallery, or, stay lakeside and venture to the nearby pontoon for kayak rentals.

*Stay 3 nights pay for 2 promotion details:
• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday during the current month
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• The free additional night must be requested at the time of booking.
To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.
A highchair and baby cot may be available on request, please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.
Each property has two security cameras, one overlooking the front door and the driveway and the second one at the back pointing towards the patio and back door.
Both houses are close to the beach with seagulls and ducks nearby. While we regularly clean the exterior, there may be times when bird mess is visible on the balcony verandah.
