The Space:

This 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom home in Windsor Cay sleeps up to 16 guests and sits just minutes from Disney, Universal, and world-class golf courses. The standout? A screened lanai with a private heated pool, whirlpool, and plenty of room for the whole crew to spread out and actually relax together.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Four bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms — two king suites and one queen suite on the ground floor, plus another king suite upstairs. The second floor also holds three more bedrooms with twin beds and one with a queen, all sharing two additional full bathrooms. Every bed is outfitted with quality linens, and there's enough closet space that you won't be living out of a suitcase.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The main living area anchors the home with a giant sofa facing a large Smart TV — perfect for movie nights after long park days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a crowd: dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and a breakfast bar for quick snacks or catching up on emails. The dining table seats ten, so everyone can sit down together. When you're ready for some friendly competition, head to the game room with a billiards table, basketball hoop, and another Smart TV.



Outdoor Amenities

Step through the sliding doors onto the screened lanai, where the private pool and whirlpool take center stage. Sun loungers line the deck, and there's a full dining table plus a smaller one for kids. It's the kind of space where mornings start with coffee by the water and evenings end with everyone still outside, not wanting the day to finish.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the house, and there's a dedicated workspace at the breakfast bar if you need to log on. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and keep swimsuits fresh. Free parking is available on the premises, and the gated Windsor Cay community offers resort access and a shared gym nearby. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request it at least seven days before arrival. The home is two stories, so keep the stairs in mind when planning.



Guest Access:

Guests have private keyless access to the house and private outdoor areas as well as FREE, FULL ACCESS to the resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

When you stay at Windsor Cay Community, you'll be part of a fantastic gated community with loads of awesome stuff to do nearby! You'll be super close to Disney and other theme parks, great shopping spots, yummy restaurants, grocery stores, top-notch golf courses, and everything you need for an amazing vacation!



Getting Around:

The home, inside the Windsor Cay community, is about 31 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).



Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50 USD/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 USD fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
