Sails 12 Inverloch - Delightful Seaside Retreat
Sails 12 Inverloch
Perfectly situated directly across from the inlet beach and main park, and an easy five minute walk to town. Once you arrive you can leave the car and easily enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer on foot. This property is a two storey unit with stairs. Main living upstairs and bedrooms, bathroom, laundry downstairs.
The garage is used for storage (yours and ours), so you would need to park on the street, except when unloading.
Linen & Wifi Included.
Located at the rear of The Sails complex, down the central driveway. Through the front door, you will walk into the main hallway, off of which you will find a laundry with washer and dryer with a separate toilet directly to your right. The main bathroom and both bedrooms are further down the hallway and both open onto a courtyard with clothesline.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with linen and towels included. The main bathroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom and main hallway and comes with a shower over the spa bath as well as a vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Upstairs is brighter than these photos with a great outlook. It has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room with balcony on the beachside (east facing). There is a full size kitchen area with ample cupboard space, an electric oven and a separate gas cooktop, as well as a microwave. The dining space has a six seater table. There is a pari of sofas in the living area. You'll need to fight over the electric recliners or the seats with views through the trees to the ocean. Theres also a seperate reading chair.
The balcony is perfect for relaxing, having meals and watching the Park Run on a Saturday morning if you don't feel like joining in. There is a BBQ on the balcony (connected to mains gas). There is also a second, communal BBQ in The Sails complex.
If you do chose to stay with us, I'll provide you with our favourite things to see and do in Inverloch - walks, rocky beaches to explore, great coffee, favourite restaurants, and fishing spots.
You're welcome to use our bikes and boogie boards, the beach chairs and beach shade (Coolcabana) while you stay.
I was a frequent repeat guest at Sails 12 before purchasing the property in 2023. It has a very special feel about it and we hope you'll really enjoy it too.
