This charming, north-facing home is filled with natural light and can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it ideal for two families. Relax in the cedar and stainless steel hot tub on the spacious deck, overlooking the park.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and local shops.

The home spans two levels and is thoughtfully designed for wheelchair accessibility, featuring lift access to the second floor, level thresholds, and roll-in showers.

Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms with king and queen beds, a smaller room with a king single bed, and a bathroom with a level-access shower, bathtub, and toilet.

The ground floor offers two additional bedrooms with queen and double beds, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto the deck, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A spacious internal garage provides access to the laundry facilities.

Minimum 5-day booking required over the New Year/January period.

Special conditions: Inquiries are welcomed from family groups only—no party groups, students, or tents.

Please treat the property as you would your own. Optional cleaning service is available for $70, or you can choose to clean and leave it as you found it.

We have a friendly cat that will remain on the property during your stay and needs to be fed (cat biscuits are provided for morning and evening feeding).

Extras: Optional cleaning service ($70 per stay). As per Kiwi bach tradition, guests are expected to bring their own linen (towels, sheets, tea towels).
