Our fully equipped kitchen boasts high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We've stocked basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals hassle-free. For your convenience, a washer/dryer combo is tucked away in a cupboard, with laundry powder provided.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. This is subject to availability.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, strict rules are in place. Please refrain from outdoor noise between 10 pm and 7 am; non-compliance may lead to booking cancellation. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Check-out time is 10 am, and late checkouts require a 24-hour advance request. Smoking is prohibited inside; any smoking or pet-related damages incur a $200 fee. We expect the property to be left in a reasonable condition; additional cleaning is charged at $60 per hour.

Report any damages, spills, or stains promptly, as they may result in replacement or cleaning charges. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.
