The space
Set on just over an acre you’ll find tranquil tropical landscaped gardens throughout the property,
The property is fully fenced and electric/sensor gated upon entry and exit ensuring privacy and security.
Prop yourself up on one of the outdoor lounges on the white Sandy Beach to relax,
The huge unique tropical resort style pool boasts numerous waterfalls, two waterslides and fast and slow ) , multiple jumping rocks from different heights.

The pool is 3.5 m in the deepest area.
Nestled away inside a secluded cave you’ll find a large 5 x 4 meter magnesium hot spa with ambient lighting creating a halo effect ceiling.

Unwind when the kids are in bed with the traditional hot stone sauna in another cave like space with a viewing window out to the pool

Fire pit off from the patio or can be moved down to the beach.

Multiple entertainment areas,

A large patio set outside of the double doors from the kitchen looks over the pool area. The space is well equipped with large comfortable outdoor lounge set a beautiful timber extendable dining table and chairs as well as a Traeger smoker barbecue and bar fridge.

The property has a large fully equipped gym with brand-new equipment, free weights ranging from 32KG’s to 2KG, multi gym station with all required attachments and cables, benches, a concept 2 RowErg, treadmill and bicycle.
Bifold doors open the whole gymnasium space as well as another large window viewing into the pool area .

At the back of the property, you’ll find another kids area complete with a VULY swingset and cubby combo , a wooden farmhouse cubby by Castle and cubby, a large knitted trampoline with slide and a basketball hoop.

A large flat black grassy area is at the front of the property near the pool perfect for cricket/soccer or games alike.

A great location being just a three minute drive to Robina town centre we are located just off the M1 very close to Mudgeeraba shopping centre where you will find Coles Woolworths numerous eateries and shopping.
A 15 minute drive to Pacific fair, Broadbeach or Burleigh Beach.
Just 500 m down the road you’ll find a great little corner store with takeaway food & groceries.
A 20 minute drive up to Springbrook look out and walking tracks.

The entire property entails a complete home filtration system leaving your water throughout the property pure and free of chemicals or hard water.

* There are two living areas,

Area one
An eight seater couch with Ottoman that turns into a cinema like couch seating ensemble,
100 inch flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV as well as the usual Foxtel channels.

Area two
A comfortable three seat “ ecosa “ Sydney sofa that folds out into a queen size bed, coffee table rug and plenty of space for Play or interacting with people in the kitchen

* The kitchen
A newly renovated open plan coastal inspired kitchen with large stone benchtops, A double granite sink, The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you made need from a toasted sandwich maker to air fryer, pots pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc.
As well as a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.
A large French doored fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

* The bedrooms

Luxurious bedding and linen provided

Bedroom one is a large bedroom with a king size bed ensuite with a shower, toilet, vanity and mirror this room looks out to the patio and pool.

Bedroom two is a beautifully appointed Coastal inspired room with a queen size bed and wardrobe.


Bedrooms three and four are more of a children’s styled bedroom,
Room 3 - 1 king single house bed, a single fold out bamboo mattress

Room 4 - a triple bunk bed and a king single fold out bamboo mattress

* Bathrooms

Two bathrooms - one being an ensuite and the second is a larger bathroom with a bath.
Both bathrooms have a shower and vanity/mirror.
There is one seperate toilet room.

Full laundry with a new & modern LG wash tower including 12 KG washing machine and 10 KG dryer with AI capabilities .
