Our charming home boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, The 2nd bathroom/ ensuite is accessed through bedroom 2 making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease, whether you`re a culinary enthusiast or just looking to whip up something quick.

Entire property except for the garage which is locked and not available for guest use. There is a carport for under cover parking.
PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY for a maximum of 7 and Strictly not suitable for parties, gatherings, events, or loud groups.
No smoking or vaping inside.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
