The nearest tram stop is directly behind the apartment building, taking you from Broadbeach up to Southport, plus there is secure parking available for one car.
Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, you will appreciate the spectacular views offered from this light-filled, two-bedroom apartment.
An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a comfortable and welcoming space to work or unwind when you're not out and about. Head home after a dip at the beach and cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials needed including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils.
Enjoy laid-back meals at the kitchen island or dine at the four-seater table, before settling in on the comfy sofas with a movie. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows surround the living space, with stunning views of the beach by day and the sparkling city lights by night.
