Guests can take advantage of the building's shared amenities including a pool, sauna, spa, tennis court and BBQ area, or take a 1-minute stroll to Surfers Beach, sampling the cafes and restaurants along the way. The nearest tram stop is directly behind the apartment building, taking you from Broadbeach up to Southport, plus there is secure parking available for one car.
Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, you will appreciate the spectacular views offered from this light-filled, two-bedroom apartment.
An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers a comfortable and welcoming space to work or unwind when you're not out and about. Head home after a dip at the beach and cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials needed including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils.
