This updated 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom spacious Townhouse in Mammoth Lakes
California is located next to the Snowcreek meadow with spectacular mountain
views. This spacious corner unit, has a 3 story floorplan offers plenty of
space for the whole family to spread out, with two primary suites. Cozy up
together in the living area with wood burning fireplace with custom stone
surround, large flatcreen Smart TV with Apple TV, and enjoy those incredible
expansive views from the private balcony. You can be the grill master and
enjoy the private BBQ gas grill on the upper balcony. The updated kitchen with
stainless steel appliances and granite counters, comes completely stocked with
all the kitchenware needed to prepare family meals, and has plenty of seating
in the dining area that seats 6, with additional bar seating. The condo offers
a rustic mountain feel, offering all the conveniences of home, complete with
laundry room with a private washer/dryer. On the lower level the master
bedroom features a relaxing ambiance with King bed, flatscreen TV with Apple
TV, private en-suite full bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in tiled shower.
Enjoy an attached deck with outdoor seating for your morning coffee, or a home
office space if you must work remotely. The second guest bedroom offers a King
