Family townhouse in Wollongong CBD

Come and enjoy your holiday in Wollongong at my spacious and beautiful three bedrooms Townhouse, situated in the heart of Wollongong. Walking distance to the famous North Wollongong Beach, Wollongong Harbour, Crown St Shopping Mall and Wollongong CBD with cafes, restaurants and shops.

The townhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful complex in the best part of the city (North Wollongong). You don't need a car to go around Wollongong when staying at this townhouse.
The townhouse is double storey with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen, dining and living areas, and another restroom downstairs. The house is walking distance to the beach and all amenities Wollongong CBD offers. It is a quiet house with plenty space. It is a cosy home away from home.

Main bedroom with ensuite and queen bed. The second bedroom has queen bed and the 3rd one has three single beds.

Office space equipped with desk and chair.

We provide bed linens, fans, towels, shampoo, shower cream, kitchen essentials, dryers, dishwasher and 4K Netflix TV.

The house has an outside space for you to chill out after the whole day on the beach.

The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, fridge, essential kitchen utensils, cookwares.
Parking is only available for one standard car size at the garage. If you have a big car or van, please find the parking on the street or at guest parking.

The townhouse is suitable for:
*Family gathering;
*Group of friends visiting Wollongong together;
*Group of team members working in Wollongong.

Please bring your friends and family to Wollongong to enjoy the fun and the sun on our beautiful beaches.

We are strictly a NO PARTY and NO UNINVITED GUESTS stay. NO LOUD NOISE from 10PM to 7AM. NO PARKING ON COMMON AREA, DRIVEWAY or FRONT THE GARAGE . NO Children play in driveway or common area.Disobeying these rules will see your stay CANCELLED.

Parking in the garage at the house is tricky due to the size of the garage.

The driveway is quite steep, please careful when you walk down the driveway.

There is a guest parking in the front of the complex and plenty parking spaces on the street.

Please do not park in the front of the house or at driveway.

Please note that this is *not* a venue for party.

Due to the wet weather, the backyard sometimes is not usable.

The painting on the floor in shower of main bathroom is peeling a little bit, therefore it shows the black tiles underneath.

Extra Guests:
We only provide linens and towels for the exact number of guests specified in the booking. An extra fee will be charged for additional guests. Please enter the correct number of guests in your booking; any unregistered guests will be charged $100 per night, or the entire group may be asked to leave the property, and your booking cancel without refund.
