The Space:
Upon entering this amazing vacation rental you will find an open floor plan which includes a beautiful kitchen with shaker-style cabinets, top of the line quartz countertops, top of the line appliances and a massive eat in island which overlooks the dining and living room area. The dining room consists of a custom built in eat-in booth and a large dining table. The living room is beautifully decorated with a modern beachy feel in mind.

The master bedroom is located west of the home, it features a large king size bed along with a trundle bed which includes 2 twins. It also includes a private bath and a separate entrance to the deck in the back of the home. The neighboring hallway consists of 2 bedrooms which share 1 bathroom. The bedroom on the west features 1 king bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed which consists of 2 full beds and 1 twin. On the opposite side of the home you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a private bath and features 2 full beds and the other bedroom has 1 bunk bed which has 2 full beds and 1 twin bed.

The outdoor area features a brand new 40ft pool with a overflow kiddie pool and a large sunshelf. The pool may be heated, there is a $100 pool heat fee that will apply if you'd like the pool heated.

When renting this Florida Beach Rental it comes with fully equipped with linens, towels and all the amenities that you would have at your private home. We have free WIFI, telephone and full cable. This amazing Florida Vacation Home Rental has a maximum occupancy of 20 guest. It allows for plenty of parking and entertaining and is a short walk away from the sand and plenty of activities.
