Vaulted ceilings grace the open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining areas, creating a spacious, inviting atmosphere. This property boasts a generous main bedroom with an ensuite, a large master bathroom, and a separate TV room in the loft, offering ample space for relaxation and privacy. An internal laundry and undercover off-street parking enhance convenience.
Be captivated by the blend of modern styling and classic alpine touches. A gas fireplace creates a warm, inviting ambiance while the BBQ area and outdoor dining space afford stunning views of Lake Crackenback, adding a touch of enchantment to every moment.
Ski Fall is your gateway to the Snowy Mountains' delights throughout the seasons. From invigorating winter activities to summer hikes, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, and water sports, there's an adventure for everyone. Plus, guests have access to resort facilities, including the pool and gym, ensuring a well-rounded stay.
Multiple car parking spaces in the driveway and ample storage in the carport for skis, snowboards and mt bikes with dedicated storage racks and mounts.
Ski Perisher or Thredbo.
In winter, guests are ideally situated to enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snow play. Crackenback is situated on the Alpine Way between Thredbo and Jindabyne, with close access to the Ski Tube that makes getting to Perisher a quick 10-minute train ride and a 20-minute drive to Thredbo.

Ground Floor: entrance mudroom, laundry with drying cupboard, open plan kitchen/dining/living room, deck, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Master: 1 x King bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds
