***KONE will be on-site beginning Monday, April 20th, through Friday, May 1st, to perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades to the elevators. Crews will be replacing elevator buttons on all floors and within the elevator cabs. One elevator will be taken out of service at a time throughout this period.***



Sanibel 1003 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo with STUNNING views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 10th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away.
