Welcome to The Brooksider a charming garage apartment with a coastal flair-sleeps six ! Nestled just steps away from the Tower Court Pool in Carlton Landing, this cozy retreat is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway for a family or a girls weekend.

As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright and airy living space with coastal-inspired decor. The open concept layout includes a comfortable seating area, a banquette style dining area for six, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for whipping up a quick meal or snack.

The apartment features two bedrooms: a spacious king bedroom with crisp linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep and a whimsical bunkroom for the kids also appeals to the "kids at heart"- comfortably sleeps four.

The shared bathroom is clean and modern, with a walk in shower and heated floors with plenty of fluffy towels provided. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience in the main king bedroom closet.

Outside, you can relax on the private patio and enjoy the Lake Eufaula breeze with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee! Simply unwind in a peaceful setting. Book your stay with us today and experience the beauty of Carlton Landing at The Brooksider.

The Brooksider has 1 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Dreamy space and community!

My husband, 3 boys and I LOVED staying in this gorgeous space! It had everything we needed and was just a delight to stay in. Carlton Landing is such a fun place to visit… lots to do, all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

the house was beautiful! we caught our vacation at the end of the season unfortunately. the food trucks were closed for the season, and the pizza shop had super limited hours. the meeting house was the only restaurant open during the week.the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable. the kitchen was beautiful and had everything needed to cook meals at home. carlton landing is so beautiful and the lake is stunning. they did let us check in early which was amazing! the property management (lake stay) was very hard to get in touch with, they never answer the phone, and most communication was done via email. there was only one phone number I could come into contact with and it was a personal cell phone, which they instructed me to use the lake stay phone number. I would have if they answered!overall such a fun trip! can’t wait to go back!

I am a cook, and it had just about everything I needed in the kitchen. All kinds of appliances and utensils. The apartment also smelled clean but not in an artificial kind of way (plug ins immediately give me a headache). The sheets were COTTON!!! Mattresses were comfortable and firm. The washer and dryer were efficient and worked well. Very clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that I did not like was the stair climb to get to the apartment. That should be mentioned and stressed in the listing. Having just had surgery, I came to relax. Climbing all those stairs and carrying all the luggage, groceries, etc., was exhausting.
