Situé dans une position privilégiée sur le domaine exclusif Matiatia, à quelques minutes d'Oneroa, cette maison de conception architecturale est parfaitement positionnée pour profiter au maximum des vues imprenables et du soleil toute la journée. Il se trouve sur 10 acres de terrain et une promenade de 5 minutes donne accès à une baie isolée.

La maison est construite dans un design semi-circulaire, afin de profiter au maximum de la vue imprenable. L'entrée centrale s'ouvre sur une immense pièce décloisonnée intégrant le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. Celles-ci donnent sur la mer de tous les côtés, avec des portes coulissantes de chaque ouverture sur la magnifique terrasse de la piscine. Il y a d'autres ponts à chaque extrémité, chacun avec des options de restauration et de sièges, ce qui signifie qu'il y a toujours un endroit abrité pour se détendre et profiter de la vue. Il y a un barbecue à gaz et la piscine est chauffée par l'énergie solaire.

La chambre principale se trouve dans un emplacement privilégié à l'extrémité nord de la maison, avec des fenêtres sur 3 côtés offrant une vue imprenable. Il a une armoire et une salle de bains, et s'ouvre directement sur la piscine, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez vous réveiller et être dans la piscine en quelques étapes!

Les quatre autres chambres sont réparties en deux, partageant chacune une salle de bain.  Deux de ces chambres ont des volets ouvrant sur les pièces à vivre, elles ne sont donc pas entièrement insonorisées. Il y a aussi un garage intégré converti, parfait comme salle de jeux / salle de jeux, qui a une couchette et 2 lits de jour, ainsi qu'une salle de bains, offrant une bonne flexibilité dans les arrangements de couchage.  

La propriété est à seulement cinq minutes du village d'Oneroa, des vignobles fantastiques dont Cable Bay et Mudbrick, et le ferry Fullers pour Auckland.

We couldn't have asked for a better spot for respite from big city hustle. We had complete privacy and serenity but also convenient access to the beach, coastal walks, shops and restaurants. The photos don't lie - the location is spectacular and the views are as good as you will get anywhere. The house is premium quality and the clever design provides the flexibility to accommodate a large group while also feeling intimate enough for a special family holiday. We will definitely be back.

Blissful retreat

Unbeatable views. Easy to waste hours gazing at the beauty of the gulf! Property managers were quick to clarify the differences that 2 websites had about room layout, partly down to recent reconfiguration. They flagged kitchen was small but we had most meals at property and found kitchen to be well stocked with all items you need. Well heated for winter escapes with central heating, gas and wood fires. We would love to return in warmer dryer months to fully enjoy the varied outdoor areas that have options for getting out of sun or wind. Sitting on the slope of the steep lawn gazing out to sea was mesmerizing. Stunning coastal walk if you can pull yourself away from the property and the birdlife was a real treat. Our party would certainly return to this special place. Any downsides? None that bothered us but if I was to name any it would be 1. No bath 2. Two of the bedrooms are directly off the living space with louvered doors that so hard for them to feel separate from any general noise from living space (website I think flags this)

Perfect getaway location - and wow - what views!

From the moment we stepped through the door and walked down the steps to the single level living area we were wowed! The view is stunning, and with multiple relaxing and gathering spaces, you are spoilt for choice. Cannot fault this place at all.

We have tried to contact this guest to ask for details, but he has not responded. This property is absolutely not run down, not infested with anything and is always presented spotlessly clean!! We are not sure whether this review was a mistake but the guests never contacted us with any concerns during their stay at all. Please ignore this review - this is a great spot!

The view from this property is nothing short of spectacular - we could (and did) look at it for hour

The view from this property is nothing short of spectacular - we could (and did) look at it for hours and the house is designed so that no matter where you are, you look out over the Hauraki Gulf. The pool is perfect for cooling off and was 100% as good as it looks in the photos, and having beachfront access from the property was amazing. The house is very well equipped for cooking, or you have the option of Oneroa's restaurants and a number of vineyards only a short drive away. Spectacular!

Stunning spot and super house with amazing 180 degree views from Auckland to Rakino and the islands beyond. Waiheke Island is a fun place - vineyards, great walks/ hikes, quirky bars, good restaurants, big organics community. This was close enough to Oneroa to enjoy it all. But more secluded and with uninterrupted uplifting views. Ideal for a large family or a wider group wanting privacy. Very clean + with quality cotton linens (important to me!). Beautiful pool. Also liked the fire at night.

Property is in an amazing location, with incredible vistas, the peace and quiet was just what we needed. From BBQ's on the back deck to relaxing by the fire at night. With a short drive to the best town on the island. Waiheke is a must visit if you visit Auckland our week there was fantastic, loved the food, the culture, people and place. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, we didn't want to leave!

Beautiful property, we didn't want to leave! Fantastic views, gorgeous pool and great decking areas. Although we were a party of ten the house was spacious and worked really well for us. Linen was excellent quality and cleaning was of a high standard. Loved the Ecoya shower products! Highly recommend Delamore, a fabulous property.
