Our newly remodeled Shady Maple home invites you to come and stay a while in our fully furnished, well-stocked home that has ample space for everyone. Lounge around the 55" Smart TV in the comfort of the living room and enjoy streaming movies, playing board games, or simply enjoy catching up with everyone. Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining, and a huge partially fenced backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member.



We love our guests and are happy to interact as little or as much as you prefer. We are always available to answer any questions or needs.

Shady Maple is nestled in a well-maintained mid-century Spokane Valley neighborhood that is perfect for evening walks and enjoying time spent relaxing outdoors. It's quiet yet has easy access to I-90, downtown, shopping, and recreational activities. Our neighbors are great!

Guests have full access to the main level of the home and yard. There is no guest access to the basement.

Smart lock
Guests will receive their smart lock key code the day of check-in.

The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time.

Any exceptions to the check-in or check-out time must be pre-approved in writing. Thank you!

In order to provide the best guest experience possible, we will send you a text message with the door code and other check-in details on check-in day. You will be able to reply via text with any questions that come up during your stay and we will reply quickly. You are welcome to opt out of text messages at any time.
