Shady Maple invites you to come and stay a while in our fully furnished, well-stocked home that has ample space for everyone. Lounge around the 55" Smart TV in the comfort of the living room and enjoy streaming movies, playing board games, or simply enjoy catching up with everyone. Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining, and a huge partially fenced backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member.

Shady Maple is nestled in a well cared for mid-century neighborhood that is perfect for evening walks and enjoying time spent relaxing outdoors. It's quiet yet has easy access to I-90, downtown, shopping, and recreational activities. Our neighbors are great!
Guests have full access to the main level of the home and yard. There is no guest access to the basement.

Guests will receive their smart lock key code the day of check-in.

The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time.

Any exceptions to the check-in or check-out time must be pre-approved in writing. Thank you!

Perfect Family House

This was the perfect spot for our annual family trip to visit relatives in Spokane. The little details weren’t unnoticed and the company was excellent to communicate with. The only thing I didn’t notice when I booked it is that the yard isn’t fenced. We’ll definitely stay again though!

Home away from home

Home away from home we came to Spokane for a children’s birthday party for a three year old in discovery playground. The house offered us everything we needed as a family including gathering spaces games plenty of bathroom and outdoor spaces and within driving distance to so many convenient places in the Spokane Valley and the Spokane area. We had a great visit and we would do Verbo again.

Easy and prompt response from host. Home is convenient location off I90 in quiet Spokane valley neighborhood. Super clean and well organized. Big yard and lots of room. Would be great for large family. Will stay again when in the area. Thanks Kat.

Shady Maple has been in the homeowner's family since being built in 1955 and grew up in the house which holds many fond memories for him and is excited for guests to create their own fond memories during their stay. Throughout the home, you will enjoy original watercolor paintings of his dad's who was a local artist, graphic artist, and art teacher.

One of the many things that we love about Shady Maple is the warm inviting and comfy atmosphere that you feel as soon as you walk in. The stunningly huge maple tree in the front yard provides ample dappled natural light in the living room where everyone can gather to enjoy games and watching TV. The large outdoor deck is always a favorite and has plenty of seating and overlooks a huge backyard that kids and pets will equally love.

Everyone can enjoy their own privacy with four bedrooms, one of which is an En Suite. Shady Maple is one of our favorite vacation rentals in the Spokane area!
