Soak up the coastal lifestyle in the heart of Bondi Beach in this sophisticated and charming Boutique Terrace apartment just a short walk from the beach. Unwind in a modern space featuring an open concept living area, contemporary furnishings, an oversized undercover terrace with a pleasant green outlook, and loads of privacy with no road noise. The property is surrounded by some of Sydneyâs best bars, cafes, and restaurants. Suited for families, small groups, and couples.
The space
Whether youâre visiting for work or on holiday, our apartment is located perfectly for both. We are moments from Sydney's famous Bondi Beach, which has endless bars and great dining options, as well as plenty of transport options into the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted out to cater to all of your cooking needs. Expect the basics such as a gas cooktop, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (with tablets), and toaster. All your cookware and new appliances need. There is plenty of space to have the family around the dining table for dinner or to sit back and relax on our oversized Terrace. The TV is Netflix-ready (Please login with your own account). We provide a baby cot and we prepare a sofa bed upon request.
Weâve got you covered! the apartment comes with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, high-speed wifi, clothes hangers, heating, and a dishwasher with tablets at your disposal so you donât have to think twice about anything during your stay.
PARKING
There is metered street parking directly out front of the apartment. Free all-day / night parking is available on nearby streets.
A temporary parking permit can be obtained before your arrival for $50 per stay from Waverley Council Office (8.30 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, or online. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.
For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.

We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our apartment is pet free.
â NO SMOKING INSIDE â
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply.
â NO PARTIES/EVENTS â
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This is a peaceful and relaxed area. We ask that you respect the surroundings and maintain a quiet and considerate environment during your stay.
â CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER â
By booking this property, you acknowledge that construction may occur nearby. We are not liable for any noise or inconvenience, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for construction-related disturbances.
â CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKSâ
For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning.
â PROPERTY CAREâ
Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
This includes:
Removing all garbage
Washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher
Removing excessive sand and dirt
Closing all doors and turning off lights
Turning off the air conditioning before departure
Please note that by making a payment for the booking, you and all guests staying at the property agree to abide by the Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rental Accommodation. A hard copy of this Code, along with important information including host contact details, plumber service, electricity provider, and Australian emergency services, is available inside the property in the information booklet provided.
