Flowing interiors create a bright and airy feel, while impressive outdoor entertaining areas provide the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, one additional toilet (4 in total) three separate lounge areas, a rumpus room, 6 separate split system AC's, and a fully equipped kitchen leading to an upstairs deck, there's ample space for everyone. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony.
Air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while the double remote garage provides convenient parking.

While it offers a relaxed atmosphere, it's also well-connected by train to the city center for exploring Brisbane's bustling heart.
Getting Around:
Our house is located in Taringa, just a short walk from Toowong village, or a short car tip to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre which is one of the biggest shopping centres in Brisbane. There is ample public transport with Taringa station just 10 minutes walk from the house and plenty of bus stops. We also recommend Uber or using your own car for quick access around the area and towards the city. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, Woolworths & Coles supermarkets, petrol station, cinema and so on all nearby.

- Please respect âno loud noises after 10pmâ. This is non-negotiable, and this is not the home for anyone planning a rowdy weekend away â We like our neighbours :)
