Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the space clean 😊 We’re sorry to hear it felt smaller than expected. We do our best to be fully transparent by including the exact square footage and a variety of photos in the listing so guests can get a clear sense of the layout before booking. That said, we understand that spaces can sometimes feel different in person compared to photos. We truly appreciate you staying with us and for taking the time to share your thoughts.

It’s great that you found the location convenient for exploring Key West's attractions like Southernmost Point and Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. We’re glad you enjoyed the secluded pool and that the room met your expectations for a short stay. We appreciate your insights about the bathroom size for longer stays, and it’s feedback like yours that helps us improve. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future, perhaps in a larger unit for an extended visit!

Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad the location worked well for you, and we’re sorry the bed comfort and space didn’t meet expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the space felt smaller than you expected and didn’t fully meet your needs. The listing does note that the unit is 115 square feet, and we include photos to show the layout as clearly as possible so guests can decide if it’s the right fit for them. We appreciate you pointing out your concerns. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the walkable location, as being close to town is something many of our guests really value.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear the space was a great fit for you and that you found it comfortable and cute. We appreciate you mentioning the ant issue—had we known during your stay, we would’ve been happy to address it right away. We’ll make sure to follow up with pest control to keep things in check. Thanks again, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the unit did not meet your expectations, particularly the layout, bathroom setup, and overall sense of space. We understand how important comfort is during a stay, and we regret any disappointment this caused. We do want to note that the property’s size, layout, and photos are accurately represented in the listing so guests can review exactly what the unit offers prior to booking. We always aim to set clear expectations, even though we understand the space can still feel different once you arrive in person. Regarding cleanliness, the unit is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest, and we also have regular pest control in place. That said, we are located in Key West, and being on an island environment means that occasional flying insects or palmetto bugs can sometimes enter despite preventative treatments and best efforts. We also appreciate your comments regarding parking, which is included in the listing details due to the nature of the neighborhood and permit requirements for local residents. While we’re sorry this stay did not fully meet your expectations, we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us continue improving both our communication and guest experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the layout didn’t meet your expectations. We always aim to be as transparent as possible in our listings, but we understand how this could have been an inconvenience. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will make sure to clarify the space in the listing for future guests. If you’d like to discuss your stay further, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for your kind review! We're so happy you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and our convenient location. It's great to hear the unit provided the perfect balance of quiet relaxation while still being close to everything. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again soon!

Thank you so much for the 5-star rating, Kelly! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and would love to hear what made your experience great—your feedback helps us continue to provide the best possible getaways. Hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We noticed you left a 3-star rating but didn’t leave any comments—if there’s anything specific we could have done better, we’d truly appreciate your input. Your insights help us improve the experience for future guests.
