'The Olive' is a bright and airy apartment on the second floor of the Preston Apartments Complex, featuring two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for small groups. Located on a corner, the apartment benefits from plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The modern living space is tastefully decorated to create a relaxing environment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy lounge spaceâperfect for enjoying meals or unwinding after a day of exploring.
Bedroom One - offers a comfortable double bed with soft furnishings and hotel-quality linen. Room has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a heated floor and vanity storage. A full-span triple wardrobe provides extensive space with shelving, hanging options, and room to store away luggage.
Bedroom Two - offers a king-size bed with soft furnishings and hotel-quality linen for a cozy and comfortable stay. Just across the hallway, guests have access to a modern bathroom with a heated floor and vanity storage. The room also includes a spacious double wardrobe with shelves, hanging space, and room to tuck away luggage.
Additionally, guests can adjust the room's temperature to their liking with its own heating system. An openable window with block-out blinds ensures privacy while allowing natural light and fresh air to flow through the space.
For Air-conditioning and Heating there is a central heat pump located in the living space which services the entire apartment very well.
There is additional pillows for your comfort in each wardrobe, including additional throws, please feel free to use these including while out enjoying the outdoor seating on the balcony if you wish.
Access to the entire complex is secured by a swipe key, ensuring privacy and security for all guests. To reach the apartment, you can choose between two short flights of stairs or take the elevator for added convenience.
