Our apartment has been recently renovated to cater specifically for guests and is a reasonably flat 10 to 15 minute walk from town. Ideal for business travellers, families, friends, or couples seeking comfort and convenience.

Flexible Bedding Arrangements: We can offer a range of different bed set ups to carter to different groups.

Bedroom 1: King bed only
Bedroom 2: 2x Single beds or 1x King bed

A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.

Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm

Situated in a private setting in a residential area of Dunedin Central, our accommodation offers reasonably easy walkable access to local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

From the carpark area there is a slightly angled pathway and about 5 steps with no hand rail to reach the front door. After this, the property is all on one level, with the exception of one step leading up into the bathroom.

Walk into an large open hall to find 2 bedrooms immediately on your left, and a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / living further down the hall. Beyond this, you will find our bathroom and laundry area.

A heat pump in the living area heats this space, with an additional heater in each bedroom.

The large flat-screen TV is set up with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen is fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.
