Great Getaway

The property was just perfect!! Just the size we needed, and was just beautiful with beautiful outdoor areas! Owner was great also!! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and great host

The location is absolutely perfect, and the size of the space is great for two people and our two Bostons. Bed was very comfortable and they had everything we needed. When we had a question, Clive answered!

Perfect little spot for a relaxing stay

This one bedroom is an oasis from the craziness of Downtown Austin but is close enough to travel back and forth easily. The property manager is very attentive and I loved that they had little extras like shampoo, hair dryer etc and the calm of it all with birds chirping outside. the walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbor but it did not keep me up.

Wonderful place in a wonderful place

We could not have been happier with the location or the service from our host. We did not even know that the location was an easy walk to a legendary Texmex (I think) restaurant and several music venues. One of those rare times when the stay feels like a happy coincidence. Thank you!

Perfect location for experiencing Austin.

Great hosts, quaint property and perfect location near lots of Austin “to dos”. The one downside is that you can hear every sound from the upstairs tenants. TV, voices, footsteps, etc. If you’re sensitive to that, bring earplugs or a sound machine for sleeping. But, don’t hesitate to stay!

Close to Everything in Zilker

We stayed at the quaint VRBO which had a lovely courtyard and lights along with our cat when repairing our floors down the street. This was very convenient and cozy as well as in the neighborhood...it had everything we needed and Clive was available for any questions or concerns. Thank you Clive!

SO GREAT!!!!

Clive was amazing to work with, he was highly responsive and let us bring our two blue heelers with us. The space was perfect for me my husband and two dogs. The house was located in a great spot in Austin and having the back yard area was amazing!!! Absolutely great service and stay! We will absolutely re book when we are back in Austin!!! Thanks Clive, you the best!

Perfect spot!

Loved the location, owner was super friendly and attentive and the home was comfortable and inviting. Overall a great location- near a ton and still tucked away enough that it’s safe and quiet. The outdoor sitting areas were a fav!

Excellent location. Excellent Host!

The location is right in the buzz of Austin. Happening night life and good restaurants just down the street. The property itself is very charming with exposed brick walls, stained concrete floors and a neutral palate. The host has provided everything you may need including laundry detergent, toiletries and coffee. The outdoor space was great for my dog (the outdoor space is shared with other tenants so I kept her on leash). This home is divided up with other units so you do hear some neighbor noise, but not much. The only negatives were that there is not a coffee table for your drink so watching TV with a drink was not an option unless you want to hold it. Also there is not a TV in the bedroom. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the unit, then these two features should not deter you from reserving. The host was very responsive and made sure to communicate access as needed.
