The Space:

Designed for relaxed coastal stays, Blue Haven combines bright interiors with a practical layout suited to families and groups. Natural light flows throughout the home, creating an easy-going atmosphere that reflects its seaside setting, while ocean glimpses provide a gentle reminder of the coastline nearby.



The main living area invites guests to settle in after a day of exploring, with comfortable seating gathered around the fireplace and TV for cosy evenings indoors. A second living and dining zone offers additional space to spread out, whether enjoying a quiet moment with a book or spending time together over meals and conversation. Upstairs air conditioning helps keep the home comfortable during warmer months.



The fully equipped kitchen makes holiday dining simple, with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and ample preparation space for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. Adjacent dining areas encourage leisurely meals before heading out to discover the region. Outside, the deck extends the living space and provides a pleasant setting for morning coffee, long lunches, or an evening barbecue accompanied by the fresh ocean breeze.



The primary bedroom serves as a restful retreat, featuring a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a super-king bed that can be divided into two single beds upon request. The third bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or extended family. A second bathroom is available to accommodate the remaining bedrooms, providing added convenience for larger groups.



Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, make longer stays easy, while family-friendly touches such as a stair safety gate add extra practicality. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool within the complex, offering a refreshing place to cool off between beach visits and coastal adventures.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves, with access to the shared swimming pool. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Located in Gnarabup, just minutes from Margaret River, this coastal neighbourhood is known for its laid-back atmosphere, scenic shoreline, and easy access to some of the region’s most loved attractions. Gnarabup Beach is only a short walk or drive away, offering calm swimming, snorkelling, paddleboarding, and beautiful ocean views. Nearby, the Cape to Cape Track showcases spectacular coastal scenery, while Surfer’s Point and The Bombie attract surfers from around the world. Enjoy breakfast or coffee at White Elephant Café overlooking the water, or head to The Common for casual dining and local craft beer. Margaret River town centre is around a ten-minute drive away, placing boutique shopping, galleries, and renowned wineries within easy reach.

Easy walking access to the beach and a 15-minute drive to the Margaret River town centre.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
