The house was clean and comfortable. The front porch was screened in so that was good for keeping out the bugs. Our favorite part was the pool. It was clean and actually the water was warming. It was great!!

The pool is smaller than what it looks but just the right size for 4 people.Very well equipped for anything you need. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach

The home was very clean and came with a lot of kitchen utensils as well as extra linens and towels. The home is about a 20min walk into downtown so I recommend renting a golf cart for easier travel. I would stay here again!

Our stay was good. Very close to the beach. I did communicate things that were broken as soon as we checked in and Judy was responsive. We did have an issue with the master shower leaking. We always find a place with 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately the shower leaked into the master bedroom and we had 2 days left in our stay. The maintenance person had been out of town. Hopefully the leak is taken care of before the next stay.

Great Property and Location

House had a very homey feeling. The location is very walk able to Times Square. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. The heated pool was wonderful for lounging and relaxing at. It had plenty of seating and room to have family come hang out for the day.

This is a nice 'older beach house', conveniently located within a 2 block walk to the beach.Communication with the owner was excellent as an issue with the pool was addressed immediately after we arrived. Oversight and management regarding the person(s) responsible for cleaning this property is desperately as the place was quite dusty. The stove top was also very dirty.Despite the dust bunnies, we enjoyed our stay and found several cool shells at the beach. It's obvious the area is still recovering from the devastation caused by hurricane Ian as many properties are vacant/boarded up and some still under construction. Other than the cleaning fee, the price for this rental is very good considering there is a private pool, which we enjoyed very much, and the close proximity to the beach. This was our first visit to Fort Myers Beach and we look forward to our next visit.

Great two weeks spent on FMB. Great little cottage, great location, great weather. Sad to see all the destruction from Ian, but so encouraging by to see the vibe of revival.

Great location!

Great location, beautiful heated pool, pool could use a bit of work, but with the hurricane I would say all and all great! We booked this house for next year. The cleaning crew could do a lot better. The price you pay for cleaning the house should be clean.

Wonderful place

Very roomy property and it has a pool! Two very large bedrooms with king size beds. Plenty of room to lounge around in the living room area. Nice big table for six that the four of used up. Great well stocked kitchen with lots of counter space. We really liked the screened in balcony that even had a pass-through window from the kitchen. The balcony was great for the morning sun, and even nicer with shade for late afternoon and evening.

Great location, cute house

This house is in a perfect location - easy to walk to the beach and Times Square/restaurants. Cute house but a bit dated. The screened in front porch was perfect for early morning coffee and our dogs to people watch. Pool was nice although we didn't use it more than once. There aren't a lot of beach chairs but there is a nice wagon to take items to the beach. We brought our own beach towels but there are some at the house as well. Unfortunately the gas grill was broken and we aren't good at using a charcoal grill which was a bit of a bummer for us as we like to grill out at night. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our request for an extra night.

We had an enjoyable stay, and the property was well‑suited to our needs, offering convenient walking access to the beach, restaurants, and other local amenities. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool area was very pleasant.The only concern was that the second bathroom’s shower was not functioning, requiring all guests to use the master bathroom. Additionally, the unit is quite basic, with no supplemental items provided in the kitchen, laundry area, or bathroom toiletries.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and instantly felt relaxing the moment we arrived. The pool area was one of our favorite parts — perfect for quiet mornings with coffee and peaceful evenings after long beach days.One of the best parts was how close the beach was. The walk was easy and beautiful, and we found ourselves heading there constantly for sunsets, shelling, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The sunsets were absolutely incredible every single night — the kind that make you stop and just take it all in.The neighborhood itself was also amazing. The neighbors were friendly, welcoming, and added to the calm, safe feeling of the whole stay. It truly felt like a little hidden paradise.The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. This ended up being one of the most peaceful and memorable vacations we’ve had in a very long time, and this home played a huge part in that. We would absolutely stay here again.

Feb 2022 stay

We loved this property! We stayed for 2 weeks with our dogs and had a wonderful vacation! The owners are great and easy to communicate with. We really appreciate that they allowed us to bring our doggos. The house was spotless and very well stocked. It had every single thing we could have possibly needed in the kitchen and also plenty of beach towels and a beach wagon. Internet speed was fast, so I was able to stay caught up on work and we could stream shows when we felt like watching tv. We really enjoyed the fenced in pool area and spent a lot of time out there too. We hated to leave. Can’t wait to return next year!

Close to the Beach, Times Square and has a Pool!

We enjoyed our month stay and used the pool almost every day! Walked to the beach and Time Square every day! Location is nice that it isn't in the craziness of the main street but close enough to walk to everything or hop the tram if you don't feel like walking! It isn't a new home so don't expect a new house but other than that no complaints! We also brought our boat and there is a boat launch only a few blocks away which was convenient as well. If we can find a large enough time frame available during the winter we would stay again!
