The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the trees as you arrive, the scent of pine in the cold air and warm light glowing from wide windows ahead. Inside, timber accents and a wood-burning fireplace create an inviting contrast to Whistler’s winter chill, making it easy to slow down and settle in. Evenings unfold between shared meals, quiet conversations by the fire, and a soak in the hot tub as steam rises into the night.



The home is well suited to groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Thoughtfully arranged over three levels, the layout balances togetherness with privacy, making it easy for everyone to find their own rhythm during the stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms are spread throughout the home, offering flexibility for families and groups traveling together. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and its own bath with a shower-tub combination. On the main level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another includes a king bed and its own ensuite. A nearby powder room adds convenience. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a full bath with a shower-tub combination.



Living spaces

The open-concept main floor is designed for gathering after a day outdoors. Plush seating frames the wood-burning fireplace, while high ceilings and expansive windows bring the surrounding forest into view. A separate media den provides a quieter spot to unwind with a TV and games. In the garage, friendly competition comes easy with table tennis, foosball, and darts.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with ample space to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to long evening dinners. A breakfast bar seats three, and the dining table seats ten, inviting everyone to linger over shared meals as snow falls outside.

Even in winter, the outdoor spaces are a highlight. Step onto the balcony for crisp mountain air or fire up the BBQ year-round. The rear deck features a hot tub, perfect for easing sore muscles after skiing or snowshoeing, while the backyard offers open space surrounded by trees. Lake access is available via a path or dock.

High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. The home includes washer and dryer facilities, free parking garage on the premises, a private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock for a smooth arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
