Welcome to the awesome LAKETOWN WHARF RESORT with beach access only steps away!!! This updated, beachy condo is a guest favorite! Enjoy the Gulf Views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This two bedroom plus bunk room unit sleeps 6 guests comfortably. You will find newer, extremely comfortable, king beds in both of the full bedrooms. There is also a private bunk room with a set of bunk beds for two more guests. This unit has all the conveniences of home - including free WiFi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 full bathrooms with a soaking tub, stainless steel appliances and a full size washer and dryer among so much more. The balcony has stunning Gulf Views. Walk out the front door to find lake and golf course views as well. The lake and boardwalk at the Laketown Wharf are a hidden treasure where many guests enjoy a lighted, dancing water fountain show each night. Within this impressive resort, you will also find 5 amazing Outdoor Pools, a Fitness Center with Hot Tub, a Rooftop Putting Green, Free Covered Parking, Beach Access, a Grilling Area, several Restaurants and a Fresh Water Lake with a Lakefront Boardwalk! And let's not forget the newest addition ~ the 810 BILLIARDS AND BOWLING attraction within the Laketown Wharf which is sure to entertain the entire family for hours!!! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the variety of pools and hot tubs throughout the property, the ocean front view from the balcony and the overall location of the property. I highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. They also have some beach equipment for your use which was great for us. We will definitely stay again.

Great Place!

We have stayed at several places in PCB and they all say fully furnished and never really were if you were going to actually cook in the kitchen. This place was definitely fully furnished and it was very nice. The owner was very fast and punctual through text messages. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do again.

This was our first stay at Laketown Wharf and we were not disappointed. The host Nicholle was the sweetest from before our stay until after we left. My neice thoroughly enjoyed the pools, it was my MIL birthday and we spent a lot of time on the patio taking in the gorgeous views! Loved all the amenities around us. The condo was beautiful! My sister admired all the deco and I need to find the clock over the kitchen sick because it was the CUTEST!

Prime Location, Amazing condo with a view ... book it trust me you'll have no regrets.

This place looked exactly as it did in the listing. We loved this place. If we go back to PCB we'll definitely be booking the same place if it's available !!!! Clean, updated, nice view, has a trolley cart for luggage in the spare bedroom behind the door that was a HUGE help. We parked on the bottom level of garage and took trolley around thru the breezeway to the building elevators. SO EASY. Great communication. Literally no complaints.

The condo was so cute! Easy access to the beach & plenty of places nearby to eat & shop. The manager answered texts when our internet went out. Which was the only problem that we really had. But hey, we were at the beach with fantastic views. It doesn't get any better than that:) We will be back!

Family Vacation

We were all impressed with this condo. Everything was in walking distance and the condo itself was very organized. Condo came with a fully equipped kitchen so we were able to cook and have plenty of plates and silverware for the family. Condo was clean and very cute. Elevators were an issue but it’s a wait for every elevator in PCB so we didn’t mind. There was even toys and beach chairs on balcony for us to use. We loved our stay here and definitely would stay here again. Wonderful experience with no issues just how vacation should be!

Elevator’s

This unit was beautiful and spacious for my family of 7. The check in process was quick and easy. Done everything all the way down to printing the parking passes online prior to the day of arrival and when we got there we were directed to the parking garage by security at the gate and straight to our rooms, didn’t even have to into the lobby, (loved that) another thing that stuck out to me that has seems to be a problem most places that we have stayed is the air….. SUPER COLD and I am one that stays hot all the time especially when I sleep. There are 2 oscillating. Fans as well, I can’t sleep without a fan so that was perfect. My only complaint about this location is in general it’s a very busy and packed area, especially during peak season and they really need more elevators we waited sometimes 20 minutes for elevators so that was very aggravating! But overall nice vacation spot. Unless you are going across the street to the beach you really don’t even have to leave the property they have everything you from stores, to restaurants! Will stay again !!!!!

Everything was awesome

I enjoyed my vacation! I loved the convenience of the beach, shopping and restaurants. The elevator wait was sometimes long and needed air conditioning, other than that everything was wonderful!

Nice clean condo!

My husband, my sister, her husband and kids and myself all really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, good location, great views of the gulf and having a washer and dryer inside the condo was awesome. I had a couple questions for the owner and she always responded quickly. The only item I would say about this condo is it's not truly a 3 bedroom rather a 2 bedroom with a bunk nook. Now don't misunderstand, for the 2 kids it was fine, I'm just saying there is no door, so it's not a closed off room. We did love the fact that the 2 bedrooms both had king beds. Now I will say regarding the building itself. We were super disappointed with the elevators as they were broke for a good part of our stay. Having to go up 12 flights of stairs was not fun. We spoke to a guy who has lived there for 5 years full time, and he says it happens all the time. Now you could use the elevators at the other end of the complex and walk a good ways across, but the lines to do so were enormous. While is this not condo owners fault by any means, it does affect your stay. Overall we had a great time and would come here again. Thanks!

Beautiful Condo

This property was exactly as described on line. It was very clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked! Condo was decorated very nice! The walk to the beach was short, lots to do nearby. The property was very well kept. I would definitely recommend this unit and would certainly stay here again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
