Enjoy spacious living for all of the extended family. The #StayChill Byron Mansion features two fully self-contained houses, sleeping up to 14 people, with a pool in between. The front house is 5br 3 bath 2 lounges and the rear unit is 2br 1 bath 1 lounge.
Stay chill in the pool, gather around the BBQ or the firepit in the expansive, fully-fenced yard. If you want a game of cricket, frisbee, or a place to run the dogs, the lockable rear gate opens to a large greenspace park and children's playground.
With two separate houses, and three separate lounge rooms, your family can relax and come together in communal spaces, and then spread out for some quiet time. It's convenient when kids want to watch cartoons, and adults prefer to watch grown-up TV in another lounge.
Enjoy the fabulous Byron lifestyle in a home where you can walk to the beach, the North Byron Hotel for morning breakfast or afternoon drinks and live music, the solar train, and a short stroll to the IGA supermarket, bakery and coffee shops.
If you tire of walking, there are half a dozen solar-lit bicycles for day or night use, and the bus runs right past the front door.
Almost everything you need is within a two-block radius of the #StayChill Mansion, and yet when the CBD pubs are partying, all you hear at night is the sound of the ocean.
This is our home and where we go to relax. We have coffee machines, blenders, fully-equipped kitchens and plenty of cooking and entertaining gear if you ever get sick of all the options for eating out.
With four separate 75" TV's spread throughout, a record player, books and board games, you will find something to do whether it's raining or sunny, and there is ample time to do nothing when the mood arises. Slow Down. Cheer Up. #StayChill :)
The houses feature smart locks and no-contact keyless entry. We are always available if you have any questions about the house facilities or tips and tricks for the local area.

As our jobs focus on nerdy geeky numbers and stuff, we make sure to spend our downtime at the beach, in the park, relaxing, visiting the many Byron op-shops, playing with puppies or pottering around the garden.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We enjoy being a part of the community: strolling along the road and greeting the neighbours walking their dogs or riding bikes with kids. Everything you need is within walking distance, including pub, breakfast, bakery, IGA groceries, hardware, cafes, boutiques, and the beach.
No loud music or 2am parties, no tourists, just local families.

We like to use space wisely: the garden includes edible plants, and space to do outdoor activities, such as yoga, sunbathing, or chilling by the firepit.
Two offices include Murphy beds / wall beds, so if you need to, you can work during the day and relax at night.
The toilets use recycled rainwater to be kind to the waterways, and both houses are fully solar-panelled to be eco-friendly.
There are three separate lounges where the kids can watch cartoons, while some of the adults watch a grown-up movie, and others listen to a record or play card games.
There are plenty of spaces to spread out, and great communal areas to come together. Just a perfect stay for the extended family at #StayChill
