Newly renovated bright and open beach house with updated kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops and new flooring throughout home. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and and outdoor shower, sleeps up to 10 with premium bedding - 2 king-sized beds, 2 twin xl’s that can be combined into a king, and a room with 2 full- sized beds. All bedding is high-quality and comfortable. New flooring throughout the house, 32” flat screen TVs in each bedroom, a 55” tv in great room with cable TV, high-speed internet with WiFi. Smart DVD player to play your DVD’s or stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Reverse floor plan with bedrooms on 2nd level, kitchen/great room on 3rd level. Full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer on 2nd level near bedrooms for convenience. 2 sun decks spanning the back of the house facing the ocean on both levels, providing plenty of room for catching the sun or shade depending on which you prefer! Fully stocked newly renovated kitchen with new quartz countertops and cabinets. Plenty of cooking equipment and storage containers. Keurig and coffee maker provided. Sectional sofa and dining room chairs are updated on the 3rd floor. Great room has beautiful vaulted ceiling with views through the 2 new sliding glass doors. Charcoal grill available for your convenience too. Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. New HVAC system, and remodeled master bathroom. Enjoy the spacious outdoor hot/cold shower, porch swing, large yard for outdoor activities. Beach chairs are provided. We are pet friendly— we allow for a small, well- behaved dog to join you for their own vacation ( non- refundable pet fee applies, please indicate your desire to bring a dog). Covered parking under house. Plenty of books, games and puzzles. Just minutes from the bridge at Mile Post 2. Close to restaurants (Duck Donuts is 6/10 mile away!), grocery stores, shopping, dunes, Wright Brothers Memorial. Had the absolute best time staying here! Rented this property to attend my daughter's OBX wedding. It was perfect! Clean, beautifully decorated, lovely porch ocean views. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing. If you have the opportunity to book this house, DO IT!!! It's a short walk to the beach, great views from the deck (especially sun rise). Very accommodating and spacious. The host communicates extremely well to ensure your stay is the best possible. I will absolutely return to stay at B Relaxed. B Relaxed supersedes every expectation.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The decks and views were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, yet within minutes of the grocery, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants, pier, etc. Very short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were so VERY appreciated. And the beach cart!!! I was able to get nearly everything our four generations needed to the beach by myself every morning and everyone else just showed up when they were ready . The outdoor hose and hot/cold shower were so helpful in keeping sand out of the house and convenient when the indoor showers were occupied. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was in a great location, very clean and renovated with all modern interiors. Very comfortable and a lot of room. The deck with ocean views was a real plus, and close to the beach and central to everything on the Outerbanks. My only slight grumble (very slight) was the lack of a Smart TV and no way of streaming shows. Other than that it was perfect!

Our family of nine had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend this home! It was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location in Kitty Hawk. We especially loved being able to see the ocean from the house and spending time together in the spacious upstairs kitchen/living area, as well as out on the decks.The location was convenient to everything we needed, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to come and go throughout the day, which was especially helpful with little ones. We also loved the outdoor shower.. it was such a convenient feature!Another huge plus was being on the northern end of the Outer Banks, which made both arriving and getting off the island on departure day so much easier.We also really appreciated that the home is pet-friendly. Having our *whole* family together made the trip even more special. Most importantly, the homeowners were wonderful hosts. They were kind and responsive, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. Their hospitality and attentiveness did not go unnoticed.-Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We made wonderful memories at B Relaxed and hope to stay here again in the future!

This was such the perfect home for our vacation! Views of the ocean from the deck are outstanding, so many beds to accommodate a big family, the items they stocked for us were perfect, and would absolutely come here again!!!

The house has been completely remodeled since my family and I stayed there last year and the owners did a great job. It is in a convenient place on the Outer Banks to reach the ocean, stores and restaurants. Being on one street back of the old beach road makes it a quiet location in a residential area.

Fantastic fun!

Great place to stay. Very close to the clean beaches, and short drives from all sorts of food and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed the decks and swinging in the swing at night with the cool ocean breeze. Lots of beach gear provided, and house was in great shape. Would stay here again!

This property was super convenient with a close walk to the beach. Well equipped with plenty of amenities. Great communication by owners prior to our arrival and easy access to the house. Definitely would stay again!
