The property includes a private back country grass airstrip and a hangar. The perfect spot for hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, birding, discovering wildflowers, stargazing, or just relaxing with a good book. Abundant wildlife, including cutthroat trout, deer, elk, moose, bear, fox, and other critters. Just 8 miles from the Blackfoot River, the celebrated blue-ribbon trout stream. Perfect location for exploring nearby Scapegoat Wilderness and Continental Divide Trail.

This property is located on land that wildlife considers home. Guests are expected to be respectful of all wildlife and take care while recreating in and around the house at Landers Fork. When leaving the property and heading out for a day of hiking, biking, or other activities, it is imperative that all guests carry bear spray. This product can be purchased at the local hardware store. Information on how to be safe in bear country will also be available.
