This spacious and perfectly located premium 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can gracefully accommodate up to 10 people – and it’s only a two-block walk to the Breckenridge Ski Resort Gondola! With high-end finishes, a private hot tub, and absolutely breathtaking views of the slopes and the Tenmile Range from the luxurious master suite, you’ll love everything about this mountain retreat!

The comfortable living area is the perfect place for gathering with friends or family after a long day of exploring the Rocky Mountains. Comfortable couches surround the gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV so you can relax and watch the game or your favorite show. The dining room is just off the living area and provides the perfect place for a family meal or a card game with friends while the game plays in the background. There’s room for five at the dining room table and three more at the counter behind the couch. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances and has all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary masterpiece or a round of hors d'oeuvres and drinks before you hit the town.

Just out the back door is the private hot tub where you can take in the stars and relax those sore muscles after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or hiking. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, and parking for two vehicles are the cherry on top of this vacation home. As with all SMR properties, we supply all linens, basic toiletries, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our professional staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as worry free as possible.

- King Master Suite: spacious suite with incredible mountain views, a king bed, gas fireplace and private bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a washer and dryer. (Sleeps 2)

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 1: queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
- Den: two twin bunk beds. (Sleeps 4)
- Bathroom: full bathroom with shower/tub.

- No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage will be charged to credit card at check-in.

Location is great but needs better beds.

As much as we understand, that it’s a pet friendly place. The bedding and flooring was completely covered with pet hair. For the amount of cleaning charges, it’s a minimum expectation to have a clean floor and clean Lenin’s. When we reached out to host with the pictures, all we heard back was to use the Lenin’s from the closets , which were in the similar condition. So , we had to buy our own bedding. Also downstairs restroom does not have lock.bedding.

Early Holiday

Property was nice. Short walk to the gondola and just a short walk to Main Street. Host was very responsive when the refrigerator wasn't working at getting us a replacement. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after the day skiing.

Great Location, Amenities Issues

Very easy check-in process and a great location on the North end of Breckenridge. Found the dryer to be broken and we had packed for the week, with three kids, with the intention of doing multiple loads of laundry. They sent a maintenance individual that had to order a part. The solution was to provide us a couple drying racks, so needless to say we had very rough/hard clothes from air drying and did not get to use the amenities as planned and paid for. We also found long black hair throughout the rental during our stay (not from any of us).

Oktoberfest weekend

It was nice being on the quiet end of town during the festival but writhing walking distance of all the fun. We are repeats at this property and really enjoy staying there.

Such a beautiful place right off Main St! Close to everything in Breck. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was SO close to everything that there was some traffic noise at night (resolved mostly by earplugs). Will definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Great location but don’t try to open the windows

Although the location was great at the end of the main strip of downtown Breckenridge we had several challenges. First and foremost was the inability to keep any windows open on the main floor. I had to push management to send someone to evaluate them. These windows were extremely heavy and the “fix” while we were there was to place a piece of ply wood in the window frame to keep it open. Thankfully we weren’t traveling with small children as I could see this posing a safety risk. In addition the windows on the bottom floor did not have screens so these could not be opened. Although tower fans were provided the house was quite warm at night and everyone in our party complained of the temperature when trying to sleep. The beds were ok. The bunks seemed firm but comfortable. The master bedroom’s bed was supportive on one side and dipped severely on the other. Might I add the people sleeping there were both less than 150lbs. The door that goes to the patio didn’t lock for part of our stay and we ended up fixing it ourselves and the bottom rack on the dishwasher doesn’t have working wheels. Although the location was great it felt somewhat run down and the management never actually fixed the windows. This is probably fine if you are there in the winter but I wouldn’t recommend in the summer especially in the warmer months.

Great Place

Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for our summer extended weekend in Breck! 3 adults and 4 teens/20 something’s and everyone had enough room and a place to sleep. Is also right off Main St so we walked everywhere and everything was close. Close enough that the kids could go out and get coffees and donuts across the street. Everything in the house was very clean. Would stay here again!

Nice Location, Stocked Well

It is going to snap in half anytime. Good thing our kids are little so when they first went up it and we noticed it we put the ladder away. Easy Updates: Better pillows as they are all super thin, add a dresser in the bunk area under the TV instead of a tv stand, working vacuum (the one in the house didn't work), blind on the half circle in the master bedroom (the moonshining in will keep you up, ended up sleeping upside down on the bed)

Thanksgiving in Breck 🦃❄️🏂

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating with our requests. The house is beautiful and clean with the exception of one missing dining chair and mismatched beverage glasses 🍷. These were minor issues that got addressed very quickly. Communication with staff is quick, easy and most importantly professional. The location is great! Very close to downtown Breck and the gondola.

We were half a block of main street and close to lot's of places to eat. The home was very clean and well stocked. We can't wait to go back there in the Winter. One of our party left a blanket behind and the team at Summit Mountain Rentals were very proactive in finding this and offering to ship it back to us.Overall a great experience.
