Great place for a getaway!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Very close to the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and downtown Anna Maria Island.

Great location

The property was perfect for our group of 4. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was a short walk to the beach and in a less busy area. I would stay here again if I am back in the area.

Nice smaller home located on North end of island.

Great 2bdrm 2 bath located on North end of the island. Beach access is close by. Perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 children.

We enjoyed our stay at La Casita so much! Very clean and so cute inside! The host was quick to respond to my questions. You could not ask for a better location - far enough up the island that you’re away from the busyness, yet still a nice walking distance to Pine Ave and a 1 min walk to the beach would definitely stay again in the future!

Wonderful beach house

Great house with a quick walk to the beach. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was very clean and came with beach accessories which made for relaxing days on the sand.

La Casita was a fabulous place to stay. Very close to the beach and to all the shops and coffee shops on Pine street. We loved the Old Florida vibe of the house. It was so comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was provided beach chairs, umbrella, all kitchen supplies , laundry facilities, an abundance of fluffy towels. We either biked or walked everywhere.

Quaint & quiet stay in Anna Maria

This property was a great spot for a short, quiet, low-key getaway in Anna Maria. Just steps from the beach, the sunsets are amazing! We will definitely be coming back!

Geat house practically on the beach

All you need to enjoy a beach vacation; clean; located in the best part of Anna Maria; practically on the beach; nice shaded area behind the house with great chairs and a big table... Our family of 4 was very happy.

Great location for a quieter relaxing beach scene

Great quite location less crowded and steps form the beach house was perfect for two or small family. Provided beach supplies was a great plus. Walking distance from shops and restaurants and trolley stops take to anywhere you need to go

Beach Getaway

Other than an empty propane tank and an unexpected plumbing issue, we enjoyed a very nice week here. The house was clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the beach.

Excellent beach house!

Lovely older beach house, well stocked, on a fairly busy road in the quiet upper end of the island. Easy access to everything. Anna Maria is booming with lots of people and construction. Still a nice family oriented beach area.

wonderful!

The house is super cute. It was perfect for our family of 4. We love the northern part of the island and the proximity to the beach is awesome. The master bed is comfortable and the master bath is the perfect size. It would be nice to have a beach umbrella and a cooler. We would definitely love to stay again!!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable. The location is steps to the beach. Nice beach chairs were available and we enjoyed the outdoor living area. We hope to stay at this location in the future. Don’t hesitate to book a stay at this adorable cottage! We enjoyed dinners at the Porch, Pizza Social and the Sand dollar. While parts of the island are recovering our stay was perfect!

Our stay at La Casita

Our stay at this lovely beach house was wonderful! From check in to check out everything went smooth. It was everything we expected and more. The biggest and best surprise was the cleanliness of this little beach house. It made us feel right at home from the minute we walked in. Thank you Fran Maxon Real Estate property managment!

Home away from home

La Casita was perfect for our one week stay. We definitely hope to come back! The house isn't overly pretentious but comfortable and clean with a cottage-like feel, and we had everything we needed. There were some issues with the wifi and cable not working at first due to a storm that hit before we arrived, but we were well reimbursed for the trouble. Beach access is nice and close, as well as shops and restaurants. A great setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation<3
