Maple Summit Inn is a mountain oasis. Quietly nestled in the mountains minutes from Ohiopyle & Fallingwater. Large wooded yard w/ front porch & fire pit. More roomy than appears. Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, firepit & BBQ grill. 2 bedrooms. Master a queen & private bath. 2nd room a bunk bed that holds 2 Full sized beds. Living room a sleeper sofa sectional couch with a queen sized bed. Kitchen has all supplies you might need to cook your meals at home. We offer games for families & kids WiFi

The Maple Summit Inn is just 2.1 miles to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. And 23 miles from Seven Springs Mountain Resort. What everyone loves about our house is the we are located so close to Ohiopyle, but we are away from the crowds. You will enjoy your own private oasis in a country setting.

Guests have access to the entire house and large yard. Don't forget to bring your own firewood.

We live near by to assist with any issues that may arise. We don’t come by the house unless necessary or requested by guests.

Getting from a to b is best to do by car. No pubic transportation. We recommend that you have winter tires during the winter months. We try our best to plow and shovel before a guest arrives but it is not guaranteed.

If you are dissatisfied with anything in the home please report to us the problem at check in so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you are planning to use the sleeper sofa you must notify us prior to check in so we may provide you blankets and sheets.

We provide one towel per guest. Plan accordingly if you need more towels during your stay. Washer and Dryer provided.

SWIMMING POOL AMENITIES: IF THE PROPERTY THAT I AM RENTING HAS A SWIMMING POOL OR HOT TUB, I RELEASE
M and N Rentals LLC OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
Please be respectful and keep clean after yourselves. We expect the home to be fairly clean at check out. If it requires additional time to clean (over 5 hours) due to an excessive mess you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Please report to me any dissatisfaction with the home immediately upon your check in.

House Rules:
-No smoking in the house. Put cigarettes butts in garbage. Do not throw butts in the yard.
-No loud parties permitted at the house. If you are too loud and the neighbors complain we will stop by to check on things. Again we live near by. Quite hours are 12 pm till 7am.
-SERVICE PETS must be registered just like a guest would be. We require you to let us know at the time of booking if are bringing one.
-Pads, tampons, paper towels, baby wipes and flushable wipes are not permitted to be flushed down the toilets. If this rule is not followed we will have to charge up to $400 for a septic system pump and service call from Roto Rooter.
-Please park in the driveway and not on the grass.
-Please take shoes off when entering the home.


Power Outages
There will be no discounts or refunds for a power outage. These things are out of our control.
Natural Disasters
There will be no refund if a guests stay is cut short due to a natural disaster. These things are out of our control.
Wildlife
The house sets in a wooded area. There will be no refunds if your stay is interrupted by wildlife. This includes raccoons, squirrels, mice or snakes.


Hot Tub malfunctions happen from time to time. We send for technicians as soon as problems arise.

HOT TUB RULES
Please keep all children in sight near hot tub.
1. The Hot Tub is to be covered when not in use. You must put the cover on carefully. If you damage the Hot Tub or cover you will be charged $200 for the damages.
2. No glass bottles, cigarettes or food near or in the Hot Tub.
3. If something spills into the hot tub or you get it dirty fir whatever reason and the water turns unpleasant please notify us as soon as possible.
4. We cannot guarantee the hot tub will not be damaged by previous guests or an issue may arise with the hot tub during your stay. We do not charge our guests to use the hot tub, therefore no refund is issued if the hot tub is out of order during your stay.
