A626 has some new upgrades, living room furniture, smart TV, and the unit had been freshly painted winter of 2017. This condo has partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. Offering an open floor plan that leads to a private balcony that overlooks a state of the art zero entry pool, 2nd pool and the splash area much more! The living area has a new smart TV, queen sofa bed and loveseat. Like to cook while listening to the sounds of the ocean, well our kitchen is fully stocked, stainless steel appliance and granite countertops. There is dining for 6 in the quaint dining room. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV and balcony access. Additional sleeping accommodations located in the bunk area. Needing to do laundry Don't worry this home has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
â Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
â Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
â Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unitâs maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
â Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
â A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
â Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
â Wristbands are not required for beach access

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
