Situated on a quarter acre landscaped, fenced lot. You’re less than a mile from Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, then just another ½ mile to Uptown Sedona shops and dining. This 1,680 square foot home gives you room to spread out. No matter how you spend your day either hiking, biking or exploring Sedona and the surrounding areas this is the place you’ll want to come back to, kick off your shoes and relax.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom. It has a new Casper foam king-sized bed, its own bathroom, giant walk-in closet, 43” smart TV with cable, full size standing mirror and patio with seating for 2.
Bedroom 2: Great bedroom with a new Casper foam queen sized canopy bed, double door closet, with great red rock views out the bedroom window.
bedroom 3: Good-sized bedroom with 2 new Casper foam twin-sized beds, double door closet, it shares a hallway full bathroom with bedroom 2 and is great for sleeping 2 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.
Sitting area (Great room): 2 sofas, 75” smart TV with cable, electric fireplace with remote, breakfast bar with 4 bar-stools, dining room table with seating for 6. Entry closet is where the corn-hole platforms and bean bags are stored, along with the hammock. 2 doors to the outdoor patio.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE: Furnished private sky-deck a great spot for enjoying the beautiful panoramic red rock views and star gazing in the evening. Furnished covered patio with built in gas BBQ and ceiling fan. Gas fire-pit adjacent to the outdoor patio (sorry no heating or cooking of food in fire-pit). Play Corn-hole in the side yard or lounge in the hammock for 1 or 2 in the backyard. Easy walking distance to the Brewer trail which connects to the airport trail-head.

KITCHEN: Fully appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare elegant or casual meals. The kitchen is supplied with a coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, gas cook-top, oven, dishwasher, Henkel knife block, spices, cooking oils, pots, pans, serving bowls, utensils, cutting boards, plastic dishware and glasses for outside use.
