Look no further than this two bedroom, two bath vacation rental. This Gulf Front condo serves up unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning white shoreline. Relax on your private spacious balcony and let all your worries drift away. you'll find spacious accommodations for up to six people, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with everything needed to create and enjoy a savory meal. The master bedroom has stunning gulf views as well and a beautiful King bed to relax in. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and if you need extra space, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa in the main living space.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Snowball Derby

Had an awesome time at the races and this was the perfect getaway location on the beautiful pensacola beach to spend the nights. Highly recommend!

Great trip!

We had such a great stay in 1002. Tawnya with Vacasa was so attentive from start to finish, insuring a great experience. The condo was comfortable and everything functioned properly. It is a bit worn, but we knew that after looking at the photos. the bed was comfortable and the view and location were exceptional. Great experience.

Great location-right on the beach!

Loved the location-couldn't have been better to see the Blue Angels Air Show. The unit was pretty run-down, though. Needs some serious TLC!

Cute place on the beach

We had a great time. The sheets were a little dirty but we had brought our own bedding so it wasn’t a huge deal. It would be perfect with a little more cleaning.

Great spot and view unit needs work

Great spot and view. Unit throughout needs baseboards cleaned and painted. Codes to get in main gate and building didn't work reliably. Would not stay again.

The hot water in shower does not work. And there are no extra kitchen or other supplies so bring it if you need it.

The balcony view, pool, and convenient walk to the beach is great but we've stayed here many times and this unit was our worst one so far. Not very clean or well kept.

Disappointed

We enjoyed the resort. Pool and hot tub were nice a very clean. The unit was not . Mold or water damage at the base of a wall. Master bedroom curtains were on the verge of falling. They did not block morning sun. Master bathroom shower did not work. Rugs in bathroom was not clean. I placed towers over.

Rental is ok. Needs updating. Beds are VERY uncomfortable. Several reciprocals do not work. Check-in was a problem with no staff on site and code provided did not work. Find the local number for Vacasa before arrival. No hot water in master bath. Toilets backed up with no one on site to address problems. Vacasa was notified but told no one was available to come fix.

Only appeal was location

Unclean! Moved coffee pot and it was apparent that the counter beneath had not been even wiped down in some time. Maintenance request to fix shower never occurred. Front door would close or lock properly. Most of the codes provided for access to to grounds, the building, the beach gates were wrong. The curtain in the master were broken from the rings. If it wasn’t for the ideal location with everything in walking distance the stay would have been one of my worst. Would not stay again, nor recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful view but poor upkeep of home

The view was gorgeous but we had issues immediately upon trying to enter the resort. The key codes did not work, the gate codes didn’t work. Multiple people were stuck outside and unable to get in because of the issues with the codes. Once inside, our door key code did not work and I had to stay on hold with a representative for approx 5-7 mins to get that fixed before we could enter the condo. The condo itself is in need of much repair including paint, updating decor and a deep clean. The rugs were filthy and left your feet black and the “curtains” looked like sheets that had been hung with clothes-pins in the master bedroom. For the price we paid, This was very disappointing. Lastly there was construction taking place for approximately 3 days that started mid morning and lasted until 4-5p each evening.

Perfect place

I was a bit skeptical to book based on a few reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful unit. The view was amazing. It was super clean. Beds were comfy. The amenities were amazing. The distance to the beach could not have been better. Using the codes for the door, gate, gym and beach were super easy. We will definitely be coming back. We were super happy that it was ready early, even though we didn’t make it early, and we were offered a late checkout for a small fee that we were happy to pay. Looking forward to the next time. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great time! The room was great and the view was beautiful. The only concerns would be the front door doesn’t close very well you have to slam it and pull on it to make sure it’s closed. Sliding glass door in living room don’t have a lock. The shower didn’t stay on in the master bath and we couldn’t get it on at all in the guest bath. We would definitely stay again at this property☺️

Not the best property

Not the best property We were called the day we were supposed to check in to be told that there's no hot water. We chose to check in a day late because of this. Even after the hot water heater was replaced during our stay, there were still issues with not having hot water. No lock on the back door, condo needed to be updated. Screws were falling out of the door frame. Smoke alarm went off at 3 AM. Emergency line went unanswered. Front door needed to be repaired, very difficult to open and close. Interior decor look like mishmash from a thrift store. Definitely not a condo we would rent again. Went home one day early due to lack of hot water. Therefore four night stay turned into a two night stay. Not the way you want your vacation to end.

We enjoyed very much! Located right on the beach and close to shops/restaurants. They even had Christmas lights around the pool. When our flights got changed, mgmt was very accommodating in letting us stay until noon on checkout day which was appreciated.

Horrible Condo

I have stayed at Emeral Isle before but this unit 1002 was horrible! The stench of dead shrimp, ants galore, half of the electrical outlets did not work, hard mattresses, worn furniture. This condo needs updating badly. Was very disappointed.

Needs serious updating!

We almost never leave a review but felt we had to let people know what they’re getting - especially when we saw what summer rates are! We give this condo 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 only because of the location, amenities, and the quick reaction from Vacasa staff when I called to say we only had 3 forks and a handful of spoons and knives - about 15 pieces of silverware all combined. We had a new set within an hour. However, why was that even an issue? Both of the doors are a problem, several outlets don’t work, there were ants on the kitchen counter, several pans were dirty, no electric can opener and the hand openers were so bad we had to run down to the gas station and buy another. The water pressure is the worst we’ve had in years! When showering, no other water can be turned on or the shower will go to a trickle. Both sink and shower drain stoppers in the master are broken, the den tv remote is missing the battery cover and the buttons only work half the time, and the couch is horrible! Whoever owns this condo has some serious updating to do. But, if you can look past all that because the pool is heated and the beach is steps away, then this is the place for you!
