NEWLY UPDATED! This gorgeous condo has been beautifully updated and you're going to love staying here.

This condo has an ideal 8th floor location, with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The bright and comfortable living area is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach and the remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances is perfect for making those family dinners or a quick breakfast before heading to the pool. The bedding comfortably accommodates six people with a king bed in the master and two queen beds in guest room. In the master and living room you will find two brand new 42' LCD Flat screen TV's, as well as a blueray player, two DVD players, movies, books and games. The entire condo has been updated to the utmost standards, without losing the comforts of the beach and waves rolling in right outside your door.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Wonderful Property

This condo at The Pearl was perfect for our first visit to Navarre Beach. It was just what our family needed with super close beach access. We felt comfortable and were able to relax in the condo and at the beach. We enjoyed eating at Andy D's and visiting the pier too!

Beach Stay

Two couples spent four days at this nice condo on Navarre Beach. Everything was well-maintained. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Close to elevator for quick in and out. Comfortable seating for everyone. The only thing we didn't like was a bedside light on the wall with the wall switch across the room so somebody had to get out of bed to turn out the light after night-time reading.

Perfection

The condo @ the pearl was amazing. We have stayed there before at a different room but this was by far our favorite! The room was so clean and beautiful, who ever cleans the room i thank you. Most of the time you feel sand on the floors, not this time. We where amazed how everything was designed and how roomy it felt. Plenty of sitting out on the balcony. Plus the folks that work for paradise beach homes where amazing. Called them with the internet problem and they called me back within 5 mins. This is definitely our spot to vacation and Cant wait till next year. Also, the grounds keepers are definitely hands down amazing. The elevator and lobby, pool and decking area super super clean!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great trip this year! The weather actually cooperated. This condo is beautifully decorated and is very cozy. It is immaculate as well! The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. The main bedroom king bed was comfy! There were tv and internet issues that were resolved quickly thank goodness. The unit comes with beach service which is awesome but make sure to get down there early morning 0700 to put towels on your chairs as they do not put your name on the setup. It was basically first come first serve on open setups as explained by the rental company. There was usually enough out though. Just an FYI if you’re a late sleeper.. We will absolutely stay here again next year. Thanks for offering your unit for rental. It is super nice!!

Relaxation at the Pearl

We just returned from several days in the unit. The entire trip was wonderful. I made contact with the owner to request an early check-in; he was very prompt and helpful. When we arrived at check-in, we had been in the car for 12 hours. We were tired and ready to relax. We were also 6 hours ahead of check-in. However, the kind property manager accommodated us within an hour. The unit was spotless and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful unit and also so comfortable. There isn’t anything I’d have changed. We are already planning our next trip.

One note There are signs for no smoking on the breezeways and Balconies😂 It’s a large condo building and people smoked on balconies constantly Cigarettes, once a cigar and the evening pot smokers were out nightly Otherwise this is a great unit ✔️

When you need sun and sand!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a place where our Texas family could drive, they had never been to Florida, we flew out from Boston. I have been renting for years on the VBRO site, and the extra fees are getting extravagant, so when I found that Paradise Beach Homes, had places in both Pensacola and Navarra Beach, I was delighted! The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect for the 5 of us! The views from the desk were stunning...white sand, the cleanest beach we have ever seen, we saw dolphins and a sea turtle! The desk was also a sun trap, so we spent a lot of time reading and relaxing in the warm March sun! We loved the Pearl, a lovely well maintained property, and the management staff for Paradise Homes, should be a model for great property management. Thank you the Gobron's from Boston, and Clark's from Douglassville!

Awesome vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd trip to Navarre (The Pearl) and room 804 was by far the nicest room we’ve stayed in. It was beautiful and extremely clean. As far as the room goes, we couldn’t have been happier. The only complaints: There are only 2 elevators making it near impossible to catch one during busy days. The other complaint is with the beach chair service (which our room included). The chairs and umbrella were fine, but because the service was included with the room, the attendant would not automatically reserve our chairs each day. The guests that paid for the service themselves got their chairs reserved each day and placed in the front row near the water. Us, on the other hand, had to get up at 7am everyday to go down to the beach to get our chairs...and usually the only ones left were on the back row. Totally not fair. Our chair service was paid for so we should have been given the same courtesy as the other guests. Hopefully this can be addressed and fixed. Overall we had an awesome vacation.

Perfect for our family

Here is why this place was perfect for us.Location is amazing, beach front and walking distance from pier, restaurants, gift shop, bike rental.Views, day and night were just wow. house was spotlessFamily area couch was so comfy and perfect for us. Huge TVEvery room was spotless and clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need.
