Amazing house in a great location!

This home was perfect for our girls trip, it was incredibly comfortable and spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms to spread out in, and multiple options for outdoor spots to hang. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were gorgeous, and there was more than enough space for us all. In a great location walking distance to a small beach, coffee shop, and an easy walk into town.

The house had lots of space available for our family. Loved the front deck, the kitchen had every amenity we needed, the beds were all super comfy, and the location was perfect.

It’s a fabulous location. The house is large, so pretty, and well-appointed. The manager was super-accessible by text, but everything went smoothly. So great for our family vacation!

Extended Family Vacation

Our family stayed at the home and loved it! Something for all. Teens loved the game room and the adults loved the two fire pits and wide open kitchen/living area. Great communication with property manager. Planning a return trip.

The house was spacious and just right for my family. It was close to the resort where we were attending a wedding. The beach was within walking distance even for a 5 year old and 7 year old. There was also a nice little market and clam shack within walking distance. Kennebunkport village was a 10-15 min car ride away. There was an issue with the AC, but the property managers kept in touch about it. The smoke detectors also went off so we needed to change the batteries in them. We also had to figure out why the garbage disposal wasn't working; we discovered a switch under the unit needed to be turned on. The reason for not rating the property as excellent was that the furniture in one of the sittings areas was rather worn and needed washing. The dining room rug was also stained and needed to be cleaned. Because the AC wasn't working we needed to open the windows and the sills were quite dirty. Perhaps some of these issues relate to renting at the end of the season, but given the vrbo posting and price of the property, I was expecting the house to be a bit more pristine. Nonetheless, we had a great stay and the property was very convenient and roomy for us.

The property was lovely! We had a wonderful stay. The bedding was excellent. We had a few bumps however Lauren with Coastline Mgmt addressed them quickly. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful House & Great Location

Loved our stay here! We rented this for Prelude 2022 and we had a ball both in town and at the house. We had six adults and three kids in our group and it worked out very well. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Coastline did an excellent job managing the rental process and being in touch during our stay. Highly recommend!!

The most wonderful stay in Kennebunkport!

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Kennebunkport! It was spacious, clean, and very well kept. Came fully stocked with everything we could need for the weekend and Coastline's service was fabulous. Received texts throughout the process with easy instructions and they were available to answer any questions we had. Can not recommend it enough!

60th Birthday Celebration

This was my first time to Maine. This house was perfect, in a great location we could walk by the water every morning, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house was great, lots of space for everyone to spread out. We had 4 couples so it worked out great.

Property Overview

Lauren and Nate, were great and always available to help, when needed. They do a great job and highly recommend them. The property is in a great location and has plenty of space and well maintained.

Beautiful home

Overall an excellent stay, however the major inconvenience was having to use the chest freezer in lieu of the refrigerator freezer. It was difficult to maneuver items & we had to purchase bags of ice since the cube trays provided were small.

Enjoyable Stay in Kennebunkport

Our extended family (eight overnight guests, two local visitors), had a very enjoyable three-night stay at a gorgeous, well-equiped Kennebunkport property. There was ample space for guest privacy with communal areas for everyone to gather. The property is located in a quiet, wooded residential area a short distance from the waters edge. Office staff Paige and Brenda helped immensely with our planning and our property manager, Lauren, was very polite and professional and responded to all inquiries in a very timely manner. When renting vacation homes, my preference is to use local property management companies. If we travel to the area again, we will look for vacancy within the Coastline Vacation Rentals portfolio.

Amazing Fall Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation in September. We had six adults, three that had to work several days while we were there and this home was so perfect for our needs. So much room to relax and work in. Also the location was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the ocean and town. We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the balcony every night but there is also a wood fire pit on the grounds as well. The house is very well maintained and the property management team (Lauren and Nate) are so responsive and accommodating. It is obvious the owner takes pride in a well equipment and decorator home for the renters. We would love to make this an annual vacation home in the future.
