The main floor is an open concept space consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area. Off each end of the main floor is a private bedroom with unattached bathrooms. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with everything you will need for your stay, all you need to do is bring the food and beverages.

The basement has a large rec room with many puzzles, games, a ping-pong and foosball table. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in the basement.
