9th Floor Condo amenities include: Air-conditioned unit with a sleeper sofa to accommodate two guests joining you. This couch is positioned to give a good view of a nearby smart TV or look to the right and enjoy the view through the large sliding doors and windows that let in the Florida sunshine, direct gulf, sunset and beach view.



On the days when you decide to dine in, you’ll be pleased to have a kitchen that has all that you need to prepare and serve tasty cuisine. Just visit the nearby grocery store for all your needs. Your dining table for four sits at the edge of the kitchen, which makes serving and clearing quick and easy.



One thing you won’t want to miss is the sun setting over the gulf. Grab a chair and your favorite cocktail to watch the glorious color display above the water. It’s an unforgettable sight. The balcony also has views of the bay side with sunrise.



When you’ve been out playing in the sun and water all day, your primary bedroom will be a welcome retreat at night. Just pull the partition closed and settle into your king-sized bed. You can still see the ocean through your large window. As the ceiling fan gently turns, you’ll find yourself quickly dropping into a deep, satisfying sleep.



Right off the primary bedroom is the updated bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower to freshen up for your night out at any of the amazing restaurants in Ft. Myers Beach. The large vanity will give you plenty of space to lay out toiletries. Before you know it, you’ll be out on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee on the rocking chair while you view the sunrise, listen to the waves crashing on the beach, fishing boats heading out for the day. and pairs of dolphins swimming by.
