This cozy cabin located 5 min from the beautiful Wolf River Marina at Dale Hollow Lake is a MUST see. Located on .6 of an acre with a private back yard, lined with beautiful mature trees makes for the perfect getaway. Enjoy your stay while sitting by the campfire, or spending your free time at the lake. 500 square feet of comfort. One bedroom, One loft with a King size memory foam mattress, and a sleeper sofa for up to 6 guest with full equip kitchen for your "weekend getaway" needs. Please bring your own linens (sheets/blankets/pillowcases) for your stay, we will provide towels.

Great location-had to bring own linens-small space but very nice cabin and location-only complaint air was off when we got there and it took a while for it to cool down

It was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was the perfect size for us. Loved the big yard for the dogs, a quiet neighborhood we were able to enjoy the quiet time away from home.

Fun little cabin

It was a very nice cabin and just right for what we needed during our visit. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer (or even just dryer) for your bathing suits, etc.

Great cozy place to stay. Very clean and nicely furnished. The covered front porch with rockers were a great feature. Kitchen has limited cookware and cooking utensils, but what was provided was in good condition. Limited refrigerator space with a dorm-sized fridge/freezer, so plan accordingly. No closet space to hang clothes up, just a few hooks in the bathroom. Definitely bring your own bedding including blankets. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Cabin

This cabin is super close to the lake with plenty of parking. There is more than enough room to park a truck and boat trailer. Inside is clean with a bedroom and loft. The kitchen has a mini fridge, so plan on keeping items in your cooler. Overall, we would stay again.

We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. The host was great at communication and went above and beyond. Truly a little slice of heaven. If bass master comes back to Dale hallow next year. We will be back! Thank you for having us!

Short stay near Dale hollow

Small cabin located in neighborhood close to old oil refinery (looked like one). Marina was fairly close - $5 to launch. Cabin clean. Very hot upon arriving (close to 100 degrees outside this day). Took several hours for it to get comfortable. Able to sit outside in shade comfortably until cool. Bedroom was still hot. Had to use the 2 fans provided as the fan on ceiling light didn’t work. Consider Buying your own water as water tasted funny to me. Overall had a good stay.

Poor sleeping arrangements

Listing stated it has a king size bed, queen size bed and pull out sofa. The "king" is a mattress pad on the hard floor that is very uncomfortable, and the "queen" is a full size. There is no central air, so it was hot in the loft and bedroom. Shower is very small.

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay, our description on the listing states two full size beds, and a king size memory foam mattress, with a reminder sent to you with sizes of beds for your linens. We have two fans for extra comfort to circulate our brand new air conditioning unit that cools the unit very quickly, and efficient.

Would stay again

The booking process and communication was easy. The property was as advertised and suited our family well for a place to crash after spending the days on the lake. Would’ve been small for us if we planned to be at this property full time. Kitchen was spacious enough to maneuver and had most everything we needed for a short stay. Property was very clean and stocked as advertised. Others mentioned the heat and I would arrive several hours early to initiate cooling the place down as it only has a window unit. Once cooled it maintained the temperature well and had plenty of fans for circulation. The biggest negative which isn’t the fault of the property is a very strong farm, animal, oil smell that overtakes you on the front steps and gets worse as the temp rises thru the day. It wasn’t noticeable in the back yard by the fire pit but was constant out the front door. We had a great stay and was located conveniently between Cumberland and Dale Hollow and would stay again.

It was a decent place to stay. Cons:The king size bed was only a thin Mattress pad. There were food crumbs in the loft, dirty clothes in the bedroom between the bed and wall. Dirty chair under the bed. It was hot and humid the day of check in and AC was not on. Took all night to cool it off, it would have been nice to have it on after a 6 hour drive. Bedroom tv remote didn’t work so no tv watching in the bedroom. Couch was worn down. Pros: Rest of place was clean, nice decor and neighborhood. Kitchen had all you would need.

Everything you need

My family of three stayed in this cabin for a week to visit family. It was just like the pictures showed. Very clean, small but not uncomfortable. I will say the king sized bed is not really a bed. It is a 3 or 4 inch memory foam topper for a king sized bed in the loft. No problem for kids but a little too thin to be comfortable for most adults. Also, we needed to bring our own sheets which could be a problem if you don't already have the sizes needed here. Lots of chairs for sitting around outside and is pretty quiet. There is plenty of space to hang out in the yard.

Cozy cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable little cabin. Peace and relaxation is what I needed and that’s exactly what I got. I read a review about the window air conditioner, we arrived at it must have been a 100 degrees in the cabin but it cooled off quickly and we were all comfortable even in the loft. There was plenty of parking in the driveway even for our boat. We were 5 minutes at best from the marina. They are pet friendly and I have a 200 pound mastiff. If we ever go back to Dale Hallow this is where I hope to stay again. Thank you to the home owners for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for Two

My son and I stayed here during a family trip to Dale Hollow. Although a small place, it was perfect for us. Clean, nicely furnished and a quite location. The refrigerator could be a bit larger, but it worked. Communication with the owner was very easy. Thanks and hope to visit again next year!

Very neat and clean. Had a little bit of everything you might need but may have forgotten in the kitchen cabinets--even dog food/water bowls outside! Extremely easy to check in/out. Close to boat launches. Pleasantly surprised, would stay again!

Cozy cabin

Loved our stay! 5 mins from Dale Hollow which is perfect if you’re bringing kids or fur babies. The kitchen is smaller, but perfect for easy dinners after you’ve been on the water all day. Very clean, host was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice Cabin

This is a nice, clean cabin close to Dale Hollow. The kitchen is not a full kitchen. College size fridge and kitchen could use more essential kitchen cooking items. There is not a restaurant close, so it needs proper cooking equipment as well a larger refrigerator. Also, lists a king size bed, which it only has a 2-3 inch foam topper in loft. However, very nice clean property.

Cozy getaway

Me and a coworker wanted to get away for a few days and Dale Hollow was the perfect outing. Everything was smooth sailing and we had no issues with the rental or property manager. The cabin was super cute and cozy and we’d definitely stay again!

Tough work week

I had to work in the area and chose this property to be home base. It was so comfortable and close enough to town that I had easy access to work and supplies. I enjoy paddle boarding and I was five minutes from Wolf River Marina. I had a great experience at this property. Furniture is comfortable and all appliances were in good working order. Will rent here again!
