Craft tasty meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Serve up breakfast from the two person island bar and brew your favorite drink in the new Keurig Coffee Maker. For extra seating there is a glass top dining table for four.

Primary En-suite

Mayan Princess 106 condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed in the living alcove. Rest easy in this master en-suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed, full size closet, a large walk in shower, and a new 48 inch TV.

Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air on the patio, furnished with seating for two. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Tee off at the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach Golf Course (6.7 miles).
