Beautiful, Cozy Condo with large private deck!

Cozy condo on Washington Street, directly across the street from the Southern Mansion. Our condo occupies the entire 3rd (top) floor, and part of the second floor. Enjoy the large, private deck for lounging, sunbathing, an outdoor dinner or just to enjoy the cool summer breeze at night! This deck is private to our unit. There are two other smaller private decks, one overlooking Washington Street, and the other on the side of the building. These all add to the uniqueness of the condo, and it's quite nice to be able to enjoy being outside, while still being at home!

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is attached to the deck overlooking Washington Street. This bedroom has a King bed. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor.

The third floor has a large, open area with a full kitchen, living area and a cozy dining area which has a small deck just outside. This deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The kitchen area was completely remodeled in 2022 with new granite countertops and brand new appliances. If you like to cook, the new induction range and stainless steel cookware is excellent! The large deck is also located on this level.

There are two bedrooms on the 3rd floor and another full bathroom. The bedrooms are both small but quite cozy. One has a twin bed, and the other has two twin beds which can be pushed together to make a "king" bed. There is a sleeper couch in the living area which has a queen bed and can accommodate two people.

Our property is located around 2 blocks from the Washington Street Mall, and around 5 blocks from the beach. If you need any groceries or supplies, there is an Acme supermarket less than two blocks away and a Swain's Ace Hardware within walking distance. The location is perfect to enjoy the wonderful things Cape May has to offer, all within walking distance from the condo!

There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen on the third floor. Our unit has two private, off-street (sequential) parking spots in the rear of the building. There are outdoor showers, which are shared with the other units. There is also a shared grill on the ground floor.

Guests bring their own linens and towels (there is one king bed, three twin beds and a queen sleeper couch). Cleaning fee is included in the rate. The wifi is excellent and the fastest Comcast offers (around 400 Mbps) so no worries with internet connection or speed.
