We also own the property next door & can be booked if dates allow for multiple families! |FREE private boat slip|Private beach|Retreat is located less than a mile from our taverns, party store, and bait shop|Large retailers and restaurants are less than 3 miles away with antique shops along with great downtown shopping|House also has access point to the Rail Trail connecting to downtown|This property is the perfect for boaters and fisherman, or escape to just relax and watch boat traffic. Surveillance cameras on the exterior of the house for security purposes only.

Girls Trip

Three friends and I came up from Ohio for a girls trip/birthday party. We had a fabulous time! The house has a wonderful patio with views of both the Saginaw River and Saginaw Bay. The house has plenty of room and was comfortable for us. Thank you!

The best way to visit Saginaw!

We had work in Saginaw but decided to stay on the water in the charming White House. It was the best decision of the trip!

Perfect Getaway!

This home was impeccable upon our arrival. The location is amazing, and the view was beyond beautiful. This home was a peaceful getaway! The neighborhood is quiet, the home backs up onto the water for fishing, and the fire pit allowed us to relax and take in the view.

Great House on the Water

Clean, comfortable, nice house on the water. Location is great - a quick drive to downtown Bay City for shopping and restaurants. Jessica was quick to reply to questions. Highly recommend.

Visit to Saginaw Bay

The property offers a unique place on the mouth of the Kawkawlin River where it enters Saginaw Bay. We were able to moor out boat directly in front of the house, providing us with easy access to the river and the bay. The house is large, clean, quiet and comfortable. A great place for a beautiful vacation.

I had to find a way to contact the host the day before to find out how to get in. She had not contacted me since I booked. vrbo said I was all set but the host had not given info. Once I contacted her, she responded and gave us the information.

Beautiful view!

Perfect location if you love to fish the Saginaw Bay! The White House was perfect…comfortable, clean, and the perfect location. We enjoyed the convenience to many nice restaurants in the Bay City area, as well as golf courses along and near M-13. Jessica is an awesome host! Thanks for a wonderful week of fishing, golfing, and relaxing in the Bay Area!

Guys fishing weekend

This is the second year in a row we we stayed at this house for a guys fishing weekend. The location is perfect! The house is beautiful! The view is awesome! The fishing was AWESOME! We are already talking about next years trip.

Fish Heaven

We caught so much walleye and several other species of fish! Great location for kayaking or docking your boat. The cottage is way more spacious than it appears in the photos. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Great location

Met family here. Plenty of seating/ room for everyone. Property just as pictured and described. Owner very responsive to questions. Property clean. Really enjoyed sitting on back porch watching boats go by. Would recommend!

Family get together on the Lake

This property provides an excellent opportunity to bring your boat to a nice house where the Kawkawlin river meets Saginaw Bay. We caught many fish right from the deck of the house, including bass, bowfin, catfish, bluegill, perch, crappie, rock bass, and sheephead. Well worth the visit.

Bass fishing

The house was great! Very very clean with updated amenities. Three buddies and I stayed a week and were very pleased with how the property accommodated two bass boats without issue. Just 5 minutes from the DNR boat ramp at the mouth of the bay. The bass fishing was fantastic as well. We booked a day of walleye fishing with Nick at Bay Charters and had an absolute blast as well. Highly recommend him if you want a true professional guide that goes above and beyond. Five stars!
