This spacious apartment provides plenty of room to relax and all the comforts of home. With three bedrooms, two private bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the master bedroom includes a queen bed plus two twin beds—ideal for families or groups. Enjoy four 40" HD TVs with DirecTV’s extended package and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note: daily housekeeping service is not provided for this unit.

This was the best of the 4 homes we rented on this trip! Clean, quiet, superbly organized and equipped. The location cannot be beaten by any property in Moab. We were able to relax in total comfort because of the attention to detail that was evident in every room. It was the only location that allowed each of the 5 of us to sit and talk in comfort at the same time. The price was great and the owner responded immediately to every question. I'd happily rent this unit again should I be in Moab!

Don’t Wait on This One!

Do not hesitate to book the Bowen Apartment on Main! It’s in the heart of everything in downtown Moab making shops and restaurants an easy walk. There was plenty of space for our family of five and there are even two designated parking spots. One of the greatest surprises was the shower! It had plenty of pressure and heat to relieve tired muscles after a day of Jeeping and hiking. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the supplies that were provided. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating with answers to our questions, extra towels, or detergent. There’s even a wonderful outdoor patio seating area with table and chairs, perfect for an evening beverage while you people watch on Main Street! Overall, this place is clean, spacious, and a great location to experience Moab! We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Moab. Sincerely, The Curran family

Great location and amazing staff

We checked into our room at the connecting Bowen motel office. The staff at the motel check in were excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to answer our many questions about the area. It was a great space with plenty of room and stocked cabinets with the cooking utensils we needed. We had a great patio and gas grill that we cooked out on and the host even supplied laundry sail and sheets. The location is in the heart of Moab and had a coffee shop right next door. We were surrounded by great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. Loved this location with the most amazing check in employees.

Outstanding Location

Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plenty of bedrooms and living space. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of towels and necessaries. Sitting area outside nice. Clean. Would book again.

Great Location

This apartment at the Bowen Motel was amazing! My husband and I spent three nights here and loved it! The apartment was very clean and had plenty amenities, including a washer and dryer. There is a private patio with a table and chairs and is a perfect place to people watch. There’s also private parking in front of the apartment. Check-in was a breeze and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again on our next trip to Moab.

Pleasant surprise

Don’t let the “motel” exterior concern you. This is an excellent apartment! Clean, with comfy beds and furniture. Large, well-appointed kitchen. Convenient to downtown Moab and all that it offers. Separate A/C units in all bedrooms and common areas. Very quiet despite being on the main road (all bedrooms in the back.)would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent. Donut/coffee shop 100 steps away. Short walk to souvenir shops. Close drive to Arches. Right on main street, but no issues with noise while sleeping.

Don’t miss this property!

Clean; well furnished and supplied; easy and pleasant check-in and out. One comment: I respect that we are in a place heavily populated by Mormons who don’t drink, but I’m sure that many of the tenants do drink. So it would have been very nice to have had wine glasses and a corkscrew available.

In central Moab, this is close to restaurants and shops. The spacious kitchen and dining room were a surprise as was the outdoor patio! Strongly recommend

Great place to stay

This property is wonderful, plenty of room, everything a family could want as far as dishes, towels,tv, appliances. Unit was spotless. Manger courteous, friendly and helpful. If i come back to Moab i will stay here.
