The Space:

Only 2.5 MILES to the beautiful and famous PENSACOLA BEACH and 5 MILES to DOWNTOWN PENSACOLA!

This spacious home includes a large, airy Living Room, a bright Master Bedroom with a private en-suite Bath and two beautiful Guest Bedrooms with an additional Bath. It's a one-story home with hard floors throughout, making it very easy to keep clean, and a flat entry so no climbing up pesky stairs.



The Master Bedroom and 1 guest bedroom feature Queen Beds, the third bedroom has a brand new Double/Full bed. All the bedding was purchased with comfort in mind. There is also a high-quality Sofa bed in the living room. With 4 beds, the home can comfortably accommodate 8 adult guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.



In the home we have high-speed WiFi and 2 large LED Smart TVs with free streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, News, Sports, etc.



Outside, you have a large driveway for car parking in the front and a green backyard with natural views and a patio for relaxing!



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



This home is located in a safe, family-friendly area walking distance from a grocery store, a park (with playground equipment, pavilion with tables, soccer field, etc), local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated!



Parking is free in the home's driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. We would also be happy to accommodate boat parking. There are several boat launches in the area, including at Shoreline Park South, a very short distance from the home.

Full access to home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, brand new high-capacity washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master beds and baths.

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. There is bicycle rental available nearby and free car parking at our home and at the beach.

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

🐟 Fish cleaning is NOT allowed on the property.



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $15 nightly charge per extra guest

🚮 If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please place the garbage can by the road that evening for pickup Thursday morning

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Thursdays, if your stay falls on a Wednesday we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
