The layout of our house is one of the many reasons you will want to vacation here!

There are three distinct living areas on each floor, complete with comfortable couches, large TVs, and a game area upstairs and downstairs. These areas allow for large parties and families to spread out and relax with plenty of room.

Layout

The top floor has a cozy living room, foosball table and a toy kitchen area. The toy kitchen area is a hit with our little guests! There is also a table and chairs for them to serve their meals on. Kids will love the Arcade console on this level! On this level is a Queen Bedroom and a shared full bath. There is also another room on this level that we cannot advertise as a bedroom due to county regulations and the size of our septic!

The Middle Floor has a roomy well-equipped kitchen with an eat-in area with a dining room table that seats six. There is a kitchen island that seats two, and a bar area that has seating for an additional two. The living room is spacious and comfortable with views to the lake! There is a second table for dining in the living room area that seats four. On this level is the master suite with large bathroom and garden tub, as well as a half bath, and access to the raised deck and lake!

The lower floor is super comfortable and fun. Kids will love to hang out on the comfy sofa and play air hockey in the adjacent room. This floor has a Queen bedroom and a shared full bathroom and access to the patio deck and lake. There is also another room on this level that we cannot advertise as a bedroom due to county regulations and the size of our septic! Amazingly comfortable new mattresses!!

Outside

Our cove is peaceful and quiet. Blue Herons fly over and perch on fallen logs and docks. They are beautiful! Children can fish from the dock and enjoy swimming and paddle boarding without fear of boats or wakes. Blue-gill fishing is a blast right from our dock!

There are three decks to enjoy the lake. A top level-deck with four Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view while you sip your coffee, a mid-level deck with a gas fire pit and a patio table that seats six, a party dock that has lounge chairs, a bar table for eating lunch and enjoying the view, lots of space to sunbathe, fish and relax, and SUPs! There is also a floater dock to tie up your boat.

Our house is located just minutes from Bridgewater marina where you can enjoy mini-golf, restaurants, an arcade, shopping and more! There is a Food Lion and Kroger minutes from the house as well as boutiques and gift stores. Marinas are scattered around the lake and easy to access for boat rentals as well as other water sports! There are delicious places to eat only a quick boat ride from our house or a few minute car ride!
