BEAUTIFUL, LARGE MOUNTAIN HOME IN TORREON, HOT TUB IN DECK, CHECK IN/OUT 1PM!

At 6,500 ft elevation, this property enjoys cooler temperatures than Phoenix or Tucson by 20-30 degrees in the summer and is located in the luxury resort community of Torreon, a gated and guarded Troon North community.

This mountain home has all the upgrades and finishes that you could ever want. The homeowners rented many Torreon properties in the past and built all their likes and dreams into this beautiful home. This is a strict NO PET policy home due to homeowner's kids allergies.
Please be aware that this property might not be well suited for toddlers: the hot tub is in the deck off the Master and although covered amd locked, it still presents a potential hazard to young children.
Kids Zone over the garage accessible inside, is a separate huge space with a smart TV, sofas, galley kitchen and games with sliding barn doors to the 4 Queen beds. An amazing space that is separated from the main house by a hall with the washer /dryer.
The main home has 2 Masters with ensuite bathrooms and 2 guest rooms on one level with a large open kitchen (Keurig and drip coffee machines), fireplace dominated living room and dining room. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils as well as ample pantry space, mattresses are all new, lovely finishes and high ceilings for that feeling of space. Two walls of windows bring in lots of light and the views onto the Ponderosa Pines.
However, the DECK is the crown jewel of this cabin: very private, 2 way fireplace, dining seating, living seating, smart TVs with cable connections on both sides of the fireplace AND a hot tub dropped in the deck. BBQ grill completes the outdoor living and cooking options... for an amazing time! We provide the propane tanks (with an extra full one in the garage) but suggest that you bring your own Duralogs as they burn cleaner than firewood and have less ash and sparks. High danger fire season seems to be lasting all year...

Due to the exorbitant cost and monthly restrictions of transfering social membership to our renters, we are only doing so for rentals 25 days or more.

In the winter, Sunrise Ski resort is only 45 miles down the road and is open for snow activities from November to April. Check out their website for the latest news!

The house was stunning and spacious enough for our family. The host was readily accessible which made the stay better. A couple of the main amenities were not working which was a bummer but all in all our thanksgiving family vacay was a hit!

Well, this was our third visit to this beautiful property so that tells you how much we enjoyed staying there—It’s a great place to spend some time with your family—It a place where you can relax and enjoy your family— Plenty of room for twelve of us play cards or just sit by the fireplace— Thanksgiving morning six deer came by so that was pretty cool— it’s always a enjoyable few days and only three hours from Tempe—Granddaughter was already wondering about the next time

Amazing getaway

The property was very nice & accomodated my family with separate living spaces! The kid zone was great & we had a lot fun playing some games! The hot tub was also amazing to soak in after a day at the lake or a hike.

We booked this amazing home to enjoy time away from the AZ heat and we loved every moment of it from the open concept inside and all the lighting and windows to the back deck and front porch we did explore the lake that’s 5 minutes away definitely coming back!

Great visit

It was a great cabin with plenty of space for 10 people. Our group had a good time. Very clean cabin inside and out. The host was accommodating. Loved the seating outside, it allowed our group to be together. We had cold, wet rainy weather so the fireplace and fire table were well used. If we could suggest anything we would suggest a couple patio heaters. We will be back.

Wonderful Property!!!

This is an amazing property!! One of the best VRBO experiences we have had! The house is clean and has an excellent layout. We spent most of our days hanging out on the incredible back deck. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely quick and helpful in her communication. Can't recommend this listing enough!!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

A group of us were there for the Billie Family Foundation golf tournament that Barry Nicks helped run, the house was amazing, sadly we had a few people cancel, but it was perfect, the house was in excellent shape, everything we needed was right there for us, to the point we kinda felt bad we were not able to utilize all the amenities of the house. Again an amazing place to stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you.

Beautiful getaway for large groups

Beautiful views, huge house with plenty of room for our family of 12. Loved the outdoor Jacuzzi and patio area as well as gas fire table for nighttime sitting. Plenty of stores close by to shop or for grabbing last-minute items. Whole house is clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and an abundance of clean towels. My family had an amazing time, and loved the location. We will be back. Communication was fast anytime we had any questions about the property.

Great house for extended family

This house was beautiful, well-stocked, and large enough for our extended family to stay during a trip to the mountain. We were out during the days, but hung out every night on the comfortable porch. Things we enjoyed: * SO many glasses, dishes, and servingware! * Plenty of bedrooms and beds * The bonus room above the garage was fantastic if you have a bunch of kids * Hot tub was clean and worked well Things renters should know: * Don't follow Waze directions -- it takes you on a 10-minute detour instead of the most direct route * Bring bath soap, since none is provided
