Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great condo

Great ski base in Breck - The Maggie and Peak 9
Condo is spacious, very well appointed throughout, with high-end kitchen and very well-maintained. Feels new.
Centrally located, easily walking distance to the Maggie, restaurants and ski school, Quicksilver chair and Main Street access. Can't beat the free local ski valet. Garage parking sometimes a challenge, as 1st come 1st serve. Overall: we had a great stay, worth every penny, will definitely book again.

A wonderful place to call home away from home.
Location, location , location! This beautifully decorated corner unit located near the Village was awesome. We enjoyed family time with our grown children in this condo with a wonderful layout. We were able to cook lunch and used the handy crock pot for those coming in off the ski hill. We will definitely return to this spot. Only thing that would have made our stay perfect was a few more kitchen things (fry pan) and some new pillows. However, I would give this one a 4.5 and definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Breckenrindge.

Lack of Attentiveness
The property was exceptional. However, when we arrived there was a bathroom fixture hanging by electrical wires from the wall and a bedside lamp did not work. Although management continued to assure us these problems would be fixed promptly, they never were. We would expect better for the price we paid.

Not as clean this time around. . .
We love staying at this particular condo - great location, easy access to everything downtown. Great pool - great hot tubs. Always enjoy it! However, this time around I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo itself. There were two giant bags of trash on the patio which housekeeping came and promptly picked up. There was some powder around the large tub (maybe bath salts?), and the kitchen had crumbs in all the corners. I wouldn't say it was gross by any means, but just a little less clean than I would expect from this level of unit.
There were also a few things that were broken in the condo including the toilet paper holder in the hallway bath, the side-lighting in the large tub bathroom and the base-board heating unit in the queen bedroom.

Vacassa needs improvement
Checkin was easy, parking was another story. We couldn’t get to our building so we had to park and walk thru another building. Once inside the condo was nice but the heater in the main living area didn’t work. We ended up turning the stove / oven on to heat up the main area. A leak started from the condo above us. The font desk sent someone who looked at it and said they would fix. Nevermind the mess in our unit. The next day when we returned from skiing, the kitchen was soaking wet. Counters, chairs, floors all all covered in smelly brown water. Maintenance came again and said they would tell the front desk we would need a new condo, which never happened. After hours of pots and pans out trying to capture the water the front desk said they are “fixing” the problem and would send house keeping. When the plumber blew out the drain lines above our unit, nasty smelly black waste shot out of the drain line under the sink, onto the kitchen floor. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend staying at the Waterhouse. Nice units, poorly managed!

Disappointed
Location is fantastic & the outdoor patio was awesome but a bit disappointed in the complex/unit this time around. We've stayed at the Water House several times as we vacation to Breckenridge at least twice a year. It's been since 2020 since we stayed here last but a different experience this time around. When we arrived on Sunday & unloaded our groceries the refrigerator was not cooling well so I called the front desk to notify them. We did some troubleshooting over the phone which didn't make a difference so they brought us up a mini-fridge for temporary use. We appreciated that since it was a Sunday night and they told us maintenance would come take a look (we assumed Monday when they came to work). Never heard anything nor did anyone ever show up to our knowledge. Spent the week using a mini-fridge (aka dorm fridge) which didn't hold much for a condo with 7 people. In further the unit seemed a bit tired - furniture was outdated & sad, toilet handle broken, & kitchen was a disorganized mess when trying to find utensils. Also it would seem that a 4 bedroom unit would be better equipped of the basic amenities especially for a larger group - garbage bags, toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. Lastly the complex itself needed some attention - the elevator was broken & general housekeeping could have been better. Down the hall from our unit a large bag of trash & bag of dirty towels sat for over a day - the hallway smelled terrible! I rarely write reviews & especially bad ones but considering we paid close to 4k to stay there for 5 nights I felt this was justified. If I stay here again I hope management will use this info to improve the overall guest experience!

Great condo in a great location!
We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Great location where we walked to most of where we went. Underground parking was great. Never had to worry about finding a place for our car. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen necessities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location
This property was walking distance from everything! We really enjoyed the location and proximity to town and hikes. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking tools! It was a huge perk to have a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom for our family. Only thing we were missing was a scissor!

Perfect relaxing getaway!
Such a warm and comfortable environment for some time away. We had everything we needed (and more) to cook meals when we wanted, and were also in walking distance of any kind of food or drink we might want to go out for. Easy access to shopping, coffee shops, etc.
Great space for family or friends, with all the details attended to. Enjoyed eating out on the balcony and seeing the mountains with our morning coffee. Couldn't ask for a better location or more comfortable place to call home-away-from-home for a few days.

A great get-away!
Full disclosure - this condo is owned by a family member who is kind enough to let us stay for free!
We love it here! Once you park you dpnr have to get back in your car if you dont want to. Everything is within walking distance. 1.5 miles to the Gondola, .6 miles to the Troll - close to the shops and overlooks the pool. Therefore it does get a little noisy sometime as people are passing below to get to where they are going and the kids yelling at the pool is noisy, but not a big deal.
The condo itself if very spacious and comfortable. Note no air condition, but we were there in July and it never got above 80 all week. Cools down to 50 at night.
Nice to have the option to cook meals, can do laundry, etc. Or just walk downtown and do some shopping and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Only downsides - you only get ONE parking spot, so if you have a couple families in this condo - since it is 4 bedroom - they have to park and pay $25 a night to park at the Ice Rink that is closest (.5 mile wall back).
Otherwise, the family keeps puzzles and some games in the condo you can use and has all the pots/pans and cooking utensils you need - including a blender, crockpot, griddle and hand-mixer.
This unit is one of the easiest to get to with a staircase just outside the unit door to take you outside.
Would recommend and will visit again.

Amazing condo!
We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband's birthday! Not only was the condo decorated beautifully, but it was spacious, comfortable and super clean!
We loved the convenience to everything downtown as well as the free shuttle service. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and spectacular views! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!!

In the winter it is just about 150 yards to the Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9. you really can't beat it.
