Offering views that stretch from Peak 1 to Peak 10, this condo at Water House West will show you the very best of Breckenridge in elegant style and comfort. Whether you spend your days skiing Peak 9 just a few steps away, hiking in the mountains, or dining and shopping along Main Street, you'll love coming home to 2,115 square feet of living space, a cozy gas fireplace, and balconies with amazing views of the ski area and Maggie Pond.
Enjoy on-site amenities that include a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a cinema, and ski storage. At night, you'll have four bedrooms to choose from, each with its own TV.
Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.
Things to Know There is no air conditioning. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a California king bed upon request. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Love the view, the house is great for groups (except there's only one parking spot), the pool and location are fun. The unit is a little worn and could use some maintenance and replacement of worn out items (carpet, appliances, plumbing). We'd stay again but hoping they give it some attention.

Beautiful, spacious, great for a family
Loved the two balconies with amazing views of the mountain and surrounding areas. The spacious living room was a great place to gather. We've stayed at a number of other units at Water House and this is the only one with games and puzzles left out for guests (most have them locked away in an owner's closet). The kitchen had every gadget you can imagine (yet had only one flimsy, half melted spatula?!?!). Appreciated that there was coffee, plastic wrap and foil (other items that were missing from every other unit we have stayed in). The beds were very comfortable. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Insufficient Heat
We asked VaCasa for heat several times Thursday (when we were there). Your continued response was there was no AC! That was not our request!

Thank you for letting us know about your stay, Yvette. Unfortunately, due to the design of the building the heat has been having some issues. We were unable to fix it in the unit during your stay, so we offered space heaters to be delivered. The building heat issue is currently being addressed and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. We hope to have another chance to impress you!

Breckenridge Family 4th of July
I booked this property over the 4th of July for a family gathering. We had 8 people, including a 3 year old. The pictures of the unit do not do it justice. It is spacious, with four bedrooms, with 2 balconies overlooking a large pool and several hot tubs and a small lake where there are paddleboards for rent. The kitchen is well equipped and there is space enough for all in the living room and at the dining table. The primary bedroom is large and the bathroom nicely designed. The location is perfect, near restaurants, a walking path, and shopping. There is a good resaurant, BoLD, right next door.There was an issue with one bathroom and it was addressed right away. The mattress on the queen bed was uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk, and they had scheduled it for replacement by the time we left.Only 1 car is permitted to park in the garage but if there are openings in late afternoon you may be able to get an additioal place. The only negative for this property is the parking garage. The signage is not descriptive and you can get lost, more than once. We talked to 2 other families who ended up in the wrong place when they arrived. The front desk, on this and all other matters, was very helpful. I would stay at this property again.

Great weekend getaway
The house was fantastic! It is on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken so we definitely got our steps in! The pool and hot tubs were great and the pool is heated. The rooms each had their own bathroom and everything was very comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely rent again!

Magical place
We traveled to Breckinridge from Albany New York for our daughters wedding and could not have found a better place for this beautiful celebration. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen. Truly magical!

Disappointments
In our first post covid stay, as we checked in for our 4th flor condo, we were informed that the elevator didn't work (another guest stated that it hadn't work for some time). As we had an elderly family member that has mobility issues, we were given a different small condo for them to stay. This entirely change that family gathering and further added to the feeling of isolation by our most senior member.

The condo was very nice and in a great location. The only complaint is the beds were the most uncomfortable we had ever slept on. One of the twin beds was so bad you could see the concave when you pulled the sheets back. There is obviously no quality control.

Family Ski Trip
In general we very much enjoyed our stay here. Good sized condo right in the middle of everything, very convenient for walking into town and getting little ones to ski school. As with many ski condo's the furnishing are getting a little tired. The two king beds were very comfortable but the queen bed and the twin beds could use new mattresses. The queen bed was hard as a rock as so we used the sofa bed instead.

Spacious Condo, Great Location
We have stayed in many condos at different ski resorts and this was by far the most spacious condo that we have had. The location was very close to a ski lift, rental shops, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
