The Enclave is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival.

Parking situation is a pain, if you have a condo that sleeps 8 it is safe to assume there are going to be 2 cars. Yet, you can only give me one parking pass & the other car has to pay to park off site. Also, the toilet paper is the thinnest, cheapest I've ever seen. Also, not enough hand soap provided. I've stayed at quite a few different places around the area & this was definitely not the greatest experience. I have never had the parking situation at any other place, you should at least get some kind of voucher to pay for the off site parking with as much as it costs to rent a condo. Getting in touch with an actual person was a pain, and they gave the run around for hours. Pros: there was plenty of room, 3 bathrooms was a huge plus, the view from the balcony is great!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, three bathrooms, and beautiful balcony view! We completely agree that one parking pass can be very limiting for guests traveling in more than one vehicle—especially when the condo accommodates a larger group. It is the ongoing battle of the guest, the rental company, and the HOA! The HOA has limited parking to one pass per condo, and regrettably, we do not have the ability to distribute additional passes or provide vouchers for off-site parking. We certainly share your frustration with this policy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and hand soap to help guests get settled, with additional supplies needed depending on the length of the stay and the size of the group. We’re also sorry to hear you had difficulty reaching someone and did not receive the prompt assistance you expected. That is not the experience we want for our guests, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We had such a great time at the property! Great location, beautiful beach views, friendly people! Great access to grocery store and shops. We did have an issue with the ice maker but contacted the owners. Owners were responsive and kind! Would definitely stay with them again!

Overall the condo was nice! I felt that it could have been cleaner (floors) I have an almost 1 year old who is crawling everywhere and he’s knees and tops of his feet stayed black. From the floor! Aside from that everything was in order and very nice! Parking was limited but it worked for the couple days we stayed!

It would’ve been nice to have a screen door to keep the bugs out. One of us stepped on something sharp in the master bedroom rug. 3 of the burners of the stove weren’t functioning properly. Other than that, we’d come back and stay here again.

Beach getaway

Condo needed a good cleaning. Parking sucked. They needed to do something about the lack of parking. I’m handicapped and wasn’t about to park across the street about two blocks away. Dishwasher didn’t wash dishes. Service company came and it still didn’t work properly. I think the problem was they were in the middle of changing management companies. Vacasa is terrible

We are local right here in Orange Beach and have a dedicated Quality Assurance team that is always available to address any issues you may encounter during your stay. We're sorry you didn't reach out regarding cleanliness when you arrived-we would have been happy to call Housekeeping back right away. Your comfort and the quality of your stay is our top priority. We hope the gulf front view from the balcony, being able to right out to the beach and all the pools and amenities overshadowed any hiccups you encountered. It's why you came to this beautiful beach after all 🙂 In regard to parking, policies and cost vary at each resort and are determined by the resort HOA. We understand your frustration with the parking situation, especially as someone with accessibility needs. We recommend reaching out to the HOA directly to express your concerns and if the handicap designated parking was being misused, there is a security office onsite to help. We're glad our maintenance technician was able to promptly address the dishwasher. After running a full cycle, no issues were found, and it was ready to clean up after all those yummy family meals. We truly value your input and sincerely hope you were able to overlook these minor issues to enjoy the beach and create lots of lasting memories! We hope to welcome you back soon for another beach getaway!

Outdoor pool under construction, lack of parking at busy times

Great location and view! Property was a nice setup, however I believe it needs a thorough cleaning. Owner’s property should all be put away instead of thrown in closets and on top of dressers. We were not aware of the outdoor pool being under construction and we had to walk out to road to use adjoining property to access beach. Also, I did not like the fact that we were told upon arrival that we would have to use public parking 2 miles away if no spaces were available for parking! Could owner/visitor parking area be utilized if no other parking was available? This area was very under utilized! Luckily, we were always able to obtain a parking space but did not leave the unit several evenings when we were there. We all did enjoy ourselves during our visit. Within walking distance to many different stores and restaurants. Thank you!

No parking 😤

The condo is nice but could use some repairs. The sliding door to the balcony has a broken handle so they’re using a pvc pipe as the door lock 😏 I was taken-back that there wasn’t any secondary door lock (either a bolt or chain). We had to rely that no one else knew to code because you couldn’t secure it once inside. Our trip consisted of five women and that extra security would have been nice. The WORST part of our trip was the inability to park at the property. I spoke with another visitor and they had been there a week and still couldn’t get a parking spot. We parked across the street at Walmart which required crossing the highway at a very busy section. The parking alone should require discounting the cost-I paid more than most condos because it appeared to be a great place in a great location. I would have expected a parking spot.

Nice Condo, limited parking

The condo was very nice, but located on the second floor so a bit noisy for our group of adults. It is located at the Enclave resort. There is very limited parking here. They give you 2 parking passes, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to park on the resort due to the limited number of spaces. If no space is available they instruct you to go to an overflow parking lot located several blocks away; however you must pay a daily parking rate to park in the overflow. This is not very convenient when coming in with groceries or beach items.

Great stay

Everything was perfect except Friday night. There was no where to park.

Perfect family beach vacation!!

Our family had a great stay at The Enclave 203!!! The weather was perfect!!! The condo was very clean and kitchen had plenty of things to make meal time easy. The condo is on the 2nd floor and perfect view of the beach. We are looking forward to our next vacation with Beach Getaways. They made rental easy without all the over-the-top fees others charge.
